LBC Express review: remittance

I've visited 2 LBC branches today, Balibago branch(Beside 7/11) and Dau Branch(BesidePuregold) and they failed to assist me in getting my money remmitance branch in balibago says they are under renovation and Dau branch representative states they don't have funds, like really? Remittance center without a fund? These branches doesn't seem to care on their customers and should be closed by now if they don't want to assist. I'll make sure to share this experience to my social media accounts and will make sure that my friends won't be using lbc anymore. Remittance center without a cash. What a shame!
