Oct. 24, 2017 nag pashipped ako ng package going to Boracay, the package contains US Dehydrated Potatoes. This package supposed to be needed for menu development on Oct. 26, 2017. LBC personnel in Shaw Blvd. Branch told me that it will take 1-2 days to receive it. However, Mr. Andrew Malarky, the reciever informed us that he hasn't receive yet the products. So what I did, I called LBC hotline, asked what exactly happened to the shipment. They told me that it's in Talipapa branch already. However, it was not shipped, because there's delay in arrival. Oct. 27, 2017, Mr. Adrew called us again, still asking for the shipment. I called the LBC Hotline again, and asked what happened, again they can't give any reason on why our product did not deliverd on time.
The problem is, we will fly to Boracay on Oct. 28, 2017, because Mr. Andrew will do a presentation on the menu. Since he hasn't received yet the product, obviously wala pa sya mapepresent .
Can we refund what we pay for the shippment?
This is such a bad service! I'm upset! this is a lost of business opportunity! we pay for our ticket just to meet Mr. Andrew Malarky.

What happen lbc? Kahapon pa dapat item ko pero nag update site niyo out of delivery ng 4pm then biglang nom delivery na! Lagi naman may lbc nakakapunta sa bahay nung nakaraan. Now trinack ko then nakalagay may issue na and need icontact customer service channel nag email na ko bagal ng response! Nasisira mga shopee sellers sa inyo integrated pa naman yung company sa inyo mahiya naman po!

Madami na akong issues sa LBC dahil kung hindi delay, hindi nadedeliver ung mga items ko.
Binlock ako ng shopee sa COD nila dahil failed ung 2 deliveries ko.
Matatanggap ko naman un, kung ako ang may kasalanan, pero hindi, kasalanan ng LBC. Maglalagay sila sa status ng page na "Pen No Paymet", nih hindi ko man lang sila nakausap o nakita man lang. Naka ilang tanong ako sa guardhouse kung may naghahanap sakin, wala naman.

This is the first time na nangyari to sakin, kasi pag nagshop ako sa lazada they will inform me na dadating na yung package and best part is tatawag pa sila pag malapit na. Yubg delivery niyo LBC may nagmemesage naman na dadating na, twice na 2 days ko ng iniintay pero hanggang ngayon wala pa. Nakakaabala lang kasi, nagwowwork ka tas nakikipasuyo kana lang bg pag iiwanan tapos wala pa. Trinack ko yung package ko 10:00 am kasi LBC texted me at 9:23 am, nubg asa website niyo na ako 9:10 am your package will be delivered then 9:36 am shipment issue na. Please paki resolve kasi the sum of money we're paying is pinaghirapan yun, and yung abala din. Thank you.

A LBC Deliveryman informed LBC or our parcel status and it is reflecting on the online tracking that it was delivered and released to authorized representative one of our guards Michael Saquilayan with the parcel document on oct 19 at 6:12pm, but it was never delivered nor received by our guard Michael Saquilayan at the said day and time.
Please see attachments for time stamp. We call one of your hotline, and they where looking at the same tracking info. and said that it was delivered on oct 19.
We are at a loss with our important documents and this is the second time it happend to us. Just today Oct 20, at around 5:10pm - a LBC delivery may delivered the same package that was supposed to have been received yesterday. Your LBC deliveryman is using the same persons name as a authorized representative, even it wasn't him who received it and worst not the same day. Pls be adviced regarding this behavior of your deliveryman.
Important documents may get lost and people will be blamed because of this miss behaviors of your personnel. We trust that your company will do something about this, and make measures to correct this behaviors.

I sent to Ms. Jenelyn Santos of the Asian Development Bank my cash advance liquidation documents on October 2, 2017 to the ADB address in Ortigas. After 16 days, I did not receive any acknowledgment from her and I learned that she never received the documents.
I tried tracking the document movement through the LBC tracking system online but the tracking number [protected] indicated on the LBC official receipt cannot be tracked. I also repeatedly inquired from the LBC Sta. Lucia Mall Branch through my household help, Ms. Josefina Altamia who delivered this package to LBC, finally I talked to a Christian Barit of your LBC Sta. Lucia (mobile number [protected]) who intially refused to help me and even insisted that it is no longer their responsibility since the package is already in your main hub! what kind of service is this. I told him over the phone to expect a call from my lawyer. I referred the matter to my lawyer, Atty. Merba Waga who communicated with Mr. Barit. My lawyer texted back Mr. Barit's text promising yesterday to return the package to me today, October 20 and promising to call my lawyer within the day. Today my lawyer texted and repeatedly asked for the status of the package and he said they will pick it from your hub today-- it appears that he is giving me the run around. My lawyer texted and reminded him of the LBC's promise to return my documents today and he refused to answer after that.
These documents are very very important and if these could not be delivered I should have been informed so I can request the return of such. But to tell me that this is no longer your company's responsibility--- is this right? you have caused me so much time and disservice. Please please please return my documents right away.

The recepient, Donna Roces-Valdez is waiting for this the whole day since this is urgent but the courier delivered to another place. I want a refund for this as this is tantamount to non-delivery.
