I received txt message.' system generated "we deliver your shipment today. dated Dec. 9, 2023..Next day I received message again " we deliver your shipment today .. whole week I'm waiting...wala akong na received kahit txt sa mobile, check kong email ko, email from PSA delivery failed daw kasi unlocated address ko.. how come complete address po binigay ko. pumunta ako LBC express Shopwise Basak Dec. 16 afternoon,, sabi nasa main po parcel ko.pick up ko nlng daw para makuha,,, ang layo nang LBC HUB Mandaue, sabi ng staff re sched nlng daw for delivery.sa Monday po kasi cut off time na.Dec 18 Monday walang tumawag na for delivery... at 11am my nag txt "LBC po ito".Mobile no.[protected]

sabi nagtxt daw xa Dec.13 di daw ma reach number ko! imposible, hinihintay ko nga di ko nga eni off celfon ko kasi hinnintay ko parcel na yan. resched daw delivery today Dec. 19... 9am nag txt ako what time ma deliver, no reply. 11am tinawagan ko, number cannot be reach, kaya pumunta ako uli sa LBC shopwise kanina past 12 noon, sabi for delivery today. kung gusto ko daw e pick nlng sa LBC HUB, nakaka irita talaga service nyo.. Hintayin ko nlng sa bahay daw... pag dating ko sa bahay ,tinawagan ko ulit, cannot be reach , until now tawag nang tawg ako, cannot be reach.. ano ba LBC , nakakadismaya.
