LBC Express lbc express

I would like to file this formal complaint about the delay of my shipment. It was accepted by paliparan Branch last October 4, 2018 and it did not arrived because as per con call with LBC's Customer Service it was not delivered because the area I provided was out of Zone. Therefore I take an immediate action and I went to the branch where my product was accepted and we agree to transfer the item to cabiao Nueva ecija branch they said they will email it but until now I dont have any idea if the product is ready for claiming by the recepient I provided.
It was almost two weeks now. Please do immediate action and file a memo to a person who has lapses.

LBC Express delayed box

bago ako umalis ng UAE pinapick up ko na ung box ang sabi nila 45days lang eh ngayong araw 46days na until now wala pa din.
ito ung booking #number ko
[protected]. sana naman po maresolve niyo tong issue.hinihintay ko po talaga ung box hindi na nga ako umaalis ng bahay para lang mahintay kaso to tracking to be found ano un lokohan nagbayad ako ng tama

hangang kelan po ako maghihintay sa delivery box ko almost 46 days na po ang sabi lang nila sa UAE 45days lang bat hangang ngayon wala pa rin.

LBC Express poor customer service and arrogant employees

Good Day,

Please give your employees seminar of how to handle good costumer care because they are arrogant to the costumer.And they will act if there is money involved they are no helping or trying to help costumers who needs assistance..its really bad employees so sad for LBC. So disappointed and Poor service ..Try to see CCTV they are receiving money from costumer just to help the costumers..

I hope you will make action for this complaint.

LBC Express parcel from lazada

Hello. I hope you can resolve my case. I ordered phone cases from lazada and said that it will deliver between oct 4-9 2018. I kept receiving txt from lbc that my parcel was on the way for delivery, but unfortunately no delivery. Like I was waiting for 2 weeks now. What seems to be the problem? Upon checking on your websit it keeps saying that it has shipment issues or payment issues, actualy i applied for cash on delivery basis. Please let me know whats the problem.

LBC Express I am complaining about my item not being delivered!

I did get a text messege that my item with tracking# [protected] will be delivered at Oct. 15, 2018 then I did wait for an agent to arrived but there has been no calls or any LBC agent/ delivery agent to arrived at my house. I wait for the entire day at my house and no one comes. So where is my parcel? And when I tried to track my order why does it says that there has been no response from me when I was waiting for my order to be delivered the whole day of Oct. 13, 2018! How come this happens!? Please explain to me what is going on with this transaction!

LBC Express delayed delivery of my balikbayan box.

hindi sila tumutupad sa takdang oras na sinasabi nila sa kliyente. 45days to 55days as of the moment yung cargo box ko sa inyo. Oo di nyo kasalanan ang delays pero karapatan naming malaman kung nasaan o ano na nangyayari sa mga balikbayan box namin na matagal nang nasa vessel/port. Sumasagot nga kayo sa mga inquiries pero walang kasiguraduhan mga sagot nyo. Nagrerelay lang din kayo sa system nyo which is bilang malaking shipping company nararapat lang na may contact kayo sa mismong mga tao sa vessel/port na nakakatransaksyon ninyo hindi yung pati kayo walang maisagot na malinaw sa amin. LBC EXPRESS INC. PLEASE! improve your service.

LBC Express cod

It says in the LBC tracker that my parcel has an issue and I should get in touch with the customer care channels dated 13 Oct at 9:30 PM. But there's an update dated 13 Oct at 7:03 pm that it is ready for delivery. Please note that this is a pick-up service to LBC Robinsons Tacloban.

Just checking now if there is still an issue with my parcel.

LBC Express service

I went to pulilan Poblacion branch today at 4:40pm we are only 3 customer. the teller saw me and say hi. I left my package in front of her desk and sat down. after a minute another customer came to pay bills the teller said for billings cut off time is 4:30. At 4:37 she called me and told me that it's already cut off... as she just said that it's only for billing... I told her why didn't u told me right after I gave u my package? she didn't answer. 2nd in the door it was written open until 5pm right? I just want to know what is the true standard of LBC ? cut off for billings only is till 4:30 only? or why don't you just put on your door that it was only open until 4:30pm on Saturdays?

LBC Express I a. m complaining about your services particularly here in isabela

I a.m Mat Ronald Paguirigan OF legal age and a resident OF the City OF Ilagan Province OF Isabela. ON october 13, 2018 around around 12:07pm I received a text from LBC Express stating " Your ordered item w/ Ref#[protected] will be delivered today. Pls prepare exact amount of P516.00. For queries, call [protected]. Thank you"

1 hour passed I called LBC City OF Ilagan branch at Centro and relayed that I received a text from LBC further, requests in Case to kindly tell to the person to deliver said item to deliver the same to a requested Place and text ME for further instruction and I wals told to wait till afternoon. To this time said item was not delivered when I tried to tracked it says
" we tried to deliver your shipment but recipient refused to accept. Pls Get in touch US through our official customer care"

To my shocked there was No delivery made and truthfully I was even eager to have my order. And tried many Times to contact your branch here in City OF Ilagan

Clearly the person made the said report is making alibi for his/her non performance

Pls kindly Make action to my plight cuz I know I a.m not the only one who experience this ty hoping to hear from you

Gusto kong sanang ireklamo yung tungkol sa padala namin from Manila to Cebu hanggang ngayon hindi makita-kita ... pinadala namin yun nung Sep28 pa pero gang ngaun hindi pa din masabi kung nasaan .. nung una sabi ndi makita ang address so pinapunta ko last week ung recipient sabi na naman return to sender inayos namin sa manila sabi puntahan kahapon dito

LBC Express insurrance

Is your insurrance is compulsary worth P25. I refused to avail the insurrance but the teller said it is needed before i make a transaction. Insurrance validity is only 3months then i need to renew it every 3months. My friend told me that she made a transaction yesterday but they did not offer her the said insurrance. Ano yun pinipili lang nila pinapa avail nila porket 1st time ko.

LBC Express my parcel going to lbc robinsons tacloban (pick up service)

It says in the LBC tracker that my parcel has an issue and I should get in touch with the customer care channels dated 11 Oct at 9:46 PM. But there's an update dated 12 Oct at 12:49am that it is ready for delivery. Please note that this is a pick-up service to LBC Robinsons Tacloban.

Just checking now if there is still an issue with my parcel.

LBC Express lbc's balikbayan box/sea cargo

This is to complain the package that we have received last Saturday, October 6, 2018. The box arrived with a part that is perforated and was covered with LBC tapes. At first, we just thought it is just an ordinary tape attached to the box but when we opened it and as we dig deeper we noticed that there was a portion that is torned and that part was the same part where there was tapes on the exterior. As I was checking the items, I have found out that one (1) small sized bag was missing. It was sent in good condition and we never thought that this will happen to us considering LBC is one of the most well known and trusted cargo transporter in the industry. With this, I would like to demand for an immediate action.

LBC Express delivery of cloth

I've ordered online. In website of Mandirigmamerch.com. Sweat shirt po ng Jamill ..pinili ko pong mode of payment is Cash on Delivery since pwede naman po. My tracking # is [protected] Kanina po, nakatanggap ako ng text message around 10 am na On the way na daw po ang order ko at mag handa na ng exact amount. I've waited for it . A while ago, since napansin ko pong medyo matagal na, tinrace ko po sa website ng lbc ang order ko at yun na nga po sabi don "Your shipment was not delievered because your area is out of lbc's service. please get in touch with us through our official costumer care" so any actions po? Ano napo ang maaari kong gawin? Pwede po bang itransfer for pick up nalang? Here in Antipolo din po.. M.L. Quezon Street, San Roque Antipolo City po. LBC Express- Antipolo Church branch. Thank you po it's my first time so sana po mapansin itong complain ko kasi kailangan ko po yong item for my present in my friend's birthday. Thankyou po.

LBC Express payment issues during delivery

hello, may tracking number po ako na #[protected]. Last week nag shopping po ako online through lazada in which yung item na binili ko ay may cash on delivery na option for payment since yung location ko po is dito sa Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Carig. October 11, 2018 po ang nasabing delivery day. 1:35 pm nagsend po ang LBCExpress sa akin na expect ko daw po ang delivery today just prepare the amount of payment indicated kaso nang chineck ko po yung LBC track and trace when I'm in Lazada app, at the same day 12:40 pm sinabi po na "Your Shipment was not delivered due to payment issues during delivery." Alam ko naman po na maayos yung pagkakalagay ko ng delivery and billing location info which is at Cagayan State University Carig Campus- Kaunlaran Dormitory, Carig, Tuguegaro City, Cagayan. Pls. respond kung ano po ang naging problema ng delivery ko at kung ano po ang posibleng maging solution. tnx

Correction:
Sorry pero na realize ko lang na late makareceive ang ginagamit ko pang contact kaya 1:35 pm na nareceive ang message ng LBCexpress. Pero ngayon, paano ko na po mareretreive yung item ko ngayon na hindi ko po na meet up yung nagdeliver on time (which is around 12). Pagkakamali din niya is hindi man lang siya nag-message sakin kung nandoon na ba siya sa location ng delivery.

LBC Express service

We would like to complain about our shipment for our former employee, Mr. Eduardo II Castelo Jr. with tracking number [protected] with the transaction date 27 September 2018, 02:59:35 pm going to 598 Area 6 Botocan Quezon City. It was indicated also on the receipt that the expected delivery date is on 28 September 2018. Upon tracking our shipment, it was stated that on 28 September 2018 "the document is ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day". Then you have stated on 29 September 2018, our "shipment is ready for claiming at ANONAS. Please inform your recipient". You did not even put the status of your delivery. Then when our messenger, Mr. Charlie Boado visit the ANONAS branch to have another shipment, and the staff told him that the consignee is unknown at the given address and you have turned over the documents to him. But you have encoded to your website that our shipment was released to authorized representative Mr. Charlie Boado on 01 October 2018. Mr. Charlie Boado is the representative of the company, and not the representative of the Mr. Castelo. Did your team tried to deliver it to the given address?.

LBC Express privacy

I've been shopping at Lazada for many years without trouble. However, with regard to perfumes, I often get ones that are significantly not as advertised (eg. they described it as sweet and it comes off as something else), on rare occasions fake ones that are misrepresented to look like original, and other times, the product is just bad (eg. they are selling eau de parfum that smells very diluted like body mist or does not have smell). That is why I often return perfumes for these VALID reasons. These are not just because I didn't like it or changed my mind.

The problem with an LBC branch around the neighborhood is that a male staff there often takes my returns personal. Such as being judgmental, being condescending, making conspiracy theories (eg. I'm a scammer), or just divulging information to people outside the store.

I'm quite a high profile personality and well known, so leaks like that can go out of hand. Especially when they are being judgmental and do not know the story, which is also none of their business. So for example, one instance I heard kids talking about me while I was dining out. They were saying that I was a scammer that often returned the perfume. I don't know how it got out of hand or to that point, because the only human contact I have for returning those items is LBC (and I've also heard quite enough).

It is not the courier's job to find fault, to take it personal, to make conspiracy theories, or to gossip/divulge information about their clients. Their job is to process a transaction as needed and do it well. Thank you!

I have submitted my concern to Lazada chat, since it's hard to find the email of LBC from their website. The agent said that they will forward it but do not know how it will be handled. I assume that they will improve on that aspect.

LBC Express horesplaying employee and shouting loud.

they doing horse play even they have customer. shouting very loud and no manner... that lesbian was handling a live rat that keep showing to a co- employee woman. who's shouting. Others are laughing around and not giving attention on what customers need. then power off so I have to wait then... they are 5 employee working thwy not even make their work faster.

LBC Express air cargo

I let them open the package for checking since it is for air cargo. But when they repacked it, they didnt fix it. Chocolates were placed at the bottom so it leaked and the heavy things was placed above the chocolats. So what do you expect to happen with chocolates? I was really disappointed and disgusted with the service! I will never reccommend this to anyone! Money was wasted due to damaged goods.

LBC Express about my package it took so long to deliver

Good afternoon po ako si Welmar Fritz Cañete isa pong customer magrereklamo lang po sana ako regarding po sa package ko na napakatagal dumating nong tinatrack ko ang tagal natinga kung saan mang lugar yun tapos ini.expect ko po na darating nong last week of sept. tapos nong tinatrack ko uli edinideliver pa patungo dito sa lbc san carlos branch nong tinanong ko yung incharge na courier wala daw nakaalis kaya yung checker nalang pinatrack ko sa kanya yung package ko sabi nya isinauli na daw nong courier yung package ko nong Oct.1 pa! Sabi nila di daw ako makita unknown daw ako syempre pero may contact n# naman po don bakit di po sya nagtxt na sir/maam nandito ako sa lugar nyo san po ba banda ang inyo ng mahatid ko sa inyo ganon lang kasimple at para makapagreply ako ng ako nalang ang pupunta sa kanya ng di na sya maperwesyo kaso di nila ginawa tang.ina ilang ulit na ako nag.order sa lazada palagi naman pong pick.up yon tapos ngayon sasabihin ng checker sir i.order nyo nalang ulit tang.ina ang tagal kung hinintay tapos ganon lang! Nakakadismaya po ang serbisyo nyo! Doesnt matter po kung mamahalin o mumurahin yong order bayad naman po yon di po ba?! ito yong tracking n# ko po [protected] sana po maaksyonan nyo po ang reklamo ko.
