Good day, LBC Express.
I wrote to inform you about the wrongdoings of your delivery men in Sorsogon City Hub. It happened this April 6, Saturday, when I am in my permanent address in Irosin and I am far away from Sorsogon City which is my current address for the item that you will deliver that time. You informed me through text that the Asus Keyboard worth 650php will be delivered on April 6 that day and they called me that they will deliver it so, they asked where exactly my location because they cant find me as I am only renting and no one knows me except the land owners. As we exchange our voices through phone call, I am in Irosin so they decided that they will deliver it on Monday, April 8, in Sorsogon City so, I need to be there to get the product. They PROMISED that they will deliver it so I agreed that I will go on Monday to Sorsogon City to claim it. I went in Sorsogon on April 9 just for the product but they did not even call me until the sun went down. I am patiently waiting for a phone call just like any courier would do who will call their costumer for assistance but they didnt call. To my frustration, April 9, Tuesday, I scrolled my phone trying to find the cp number of LBC delivery man and I called and texted him a hundred times. I received your new text that you will still deliver my product this Tuesday, April 9, so I am okay with that. Until finally they replied and said to go there in the hub and they will explain everything. But when I got there, they are all saying lies. They pass and pass and get help to one another delivery men as I keep on asking, "Sino ba tumawag sakin nung Sabado at idedeliver daw na Monday? TINAWAGAN BA AKO?"
I can see in their eyes and mouth that they failed. They lied. They keep saying lies and I listened them with care. They lied about 'we searched for you everywhere in 553 Garcia Compound, Sorsogon, Sorsogon City everyday starting from Saturday, Sunday until Monday but we cant find you' which are all lies. They speak and speak just to cover up the lies of one another. As simple as, why will you deliver the product in my address in Sorsogon from Saturday, Sunday and Monday after calling on Saturday that I am in Irosin and will only go in Sorsogon in Monday just to get it? They stopped and looked each other saying I am not the one who called you, etc etc.
They even say I have a fake address and I am not a resident of Sorsogon just to have a conversation. The real caller also covered with lies. He said they are not required to make a call during delivery especially on Monday, which is the exact promised day that he will deliver the item. I know they extend it on Monday just for me because I know your rules that the item will be back to sender if the receiver is not to be found. But I am just right there waiting for that "smallest thing" worth of 650 they are calling on Monday. And I went to that hub just to know that my item is already gone with the seller even you texted me that my item is currently on delivery that Tuesday. There is also an angry lady who also ordered items talking to the delivery men that day saying why they always send it back to sellers even we are just here waiting for the items.
I dont know why you trust all those people in LBC Sorsogon hub. They are full of lies. They are not good persons with good attitude when talking to anyone. They want the costumers to adjust. They want themselves to be the rules. I don't know if you knew that the other 2 couriers out there are continue improving while Sorsogon LBC hub is in negative percentage already because of poor delivery. I always wish that my items will be delivered by other couriers (not by LBC EXPRESS!) because they are the one who adjust and will definitely call you everyday, who will go to your place even you are in Irosin or Sorsogon, and who will remind you the last day of the item before they send it to seller. LBC sucks at doing that. I NEVER ENCOUNTER something like that. Everytime LBC is the sender of the online item, it is always a poor delivery. There are times that they even got my 7 pesos because they don't have the change for my money. They will wait you to have your money be in exact amount and they will leave and get back to you once you have the exact money. They barely use the courteous words "po"and "opo".
Even my last encounter about the mouses of laptop that I ordered before this, they called me the first day but it is not a cp number so I didnt know they are LBC delivery men. Because I always encounter cp number when delivery. You always send me the message that it is currently in delivery but nothing happens. No calls the next day until we always see it "the receiver is not to be found". Even I already message you in email you didnt response. We are not rich just to go in far place and rent a telephone for an update of the item.
What will you do after this message? Will you ignore this again for a million times? Will you change the delivery men in Sorsogon Hub? Will you update me for your actions? Will you hire new ones?
Please, I need your response. Thank you so much.

the parcel was supposed to arrive last monday and according to their tracking express, they tried to deliver at my house but there is no one home which is impossible because my parents never leave the house on weekdays. Apparantly, they tried to deliver it again yesterday but suddenly they claimed that nobody knew who I was from our address. Nobody even tried to contact me and verify if they got the correct address. I mean, that's the reason why you require us to put our contact details in the form, right? This is not the first time it happened to us with LBC because my sister in law have the same grievance last year.

Kindly request to LBC Cauayan City, Isabela Delivery Team to send to LBC Solano Delivery Team the documents sent by Unistar Credit and Finance Corp or Transcycle. We urgently needed the said documents. Tracking number is [protected]. Thank you.

I just wanna ask or i just wanna know kung meron bang problema sa delivery system ninyo kc my incoming ako na parcel sana sent out last april 3 2019 then till now hindi but i just wondering eh domestic lang ang padala then i checked it on the website hala! My parcel was delivered and collected ... Wow😠 nakaka amazed huh! Wala pa sakin then un na un? Paki aksyon naman ang ganitong problema kc i knew na hindi lang ako ang ata my concern na to this matter. Looking forward po ako sa feedback ninyo

Hi.. I ordered wellness product online and actually pang 2nd time ko na sana to. I was waiting the whole day sa office nmin for the said product pro d sya dumating. Check ko ang tracking and to my surprise, meron daw ako payment issue. Pano ko nabigyan ng ganyang assestment though nde nkarating sa amin ang delivery person nyo. Hi. Gusto lang po namin mag complain about sa behavior ng staff nyo sa LBC Glorietta Basement area near Mercury.. Regarding po s behavior ni Mark Chongson sa pag approach samin, kung maaari wag sya sana g masyadong pabalang sumagot s mga customer nya at walang galang. Nagantay kami ng matagal pra magclaim ng pera, oo fault nmn nmin n hnd dala ang LBC card, dhl usual nmn po pag hnd dala ang card tntrace nlng s system.. oo nauunawaan nmin n nakadown ang system pero ang amin lang sana wag masyadong pabalang sumagot at ung approach nya kala mo hindi customer ang kausap nya na halos ipamukha pa samin na kasalanan nmin dhl dpat dw lagi nmin dala ang lbc card.. Antagal nmin nag antay para iprocess nya tpos ganun sya.. Nauunawaan nming offline pero hindi dapat ganyan ang ipakitang behavior nya s customer.. antapang at maypagka brusko. Salamat! Sana makarating ito..

We desperately need the documents asap and even would approve if I pick up the said documents at lbc jaka plaza paranaque city tomorrow.

nagpadeliver ako sa bahay kaso walang no. ang bahay namin pero hindi ko first time magpadeliver dito.. last feb this yr mag deliver din ang lbc dito.. pero tinawagan nila ako since walang no. ung bahay namin tumwag ung delivery boy kung san ung bhay namin. ok naman nareciv ko naman ung items ko pero bakit ngaun ganito ilalagay nila na unknown ung person sa add n bingay ko kahit hindi nman sila talga ngdeliver? naghintay ako ng tawag pero wala tumawag sakin nagtrack ako nkalagay out for delivery so ecpexted ko tatawag kasi lastym ganun din eh. tumawag sila pero now wala tpos ganito na ung tracking. such a lier.

I had items from iligan city delivered here to cebu last march. Since I was interning in chong hua hospital, I placed the hospital as my address. Ive been waiting for lbc's text and call but nothing arrived. I kept calling the sender to follow up my package and she kept telling me that lbc iligan said its out for delivery. Since its been 3 weeks, I asked the sender to just go to lbc and ask for an update again. She has a hard time leaving the house because the sender is pregnant and almost due for delivery. Lbc iligan however, told her yesterday that the package was already brought to chong hua and lbc cebu attempted to leave it at the information. But the hospital refused because they didnt know who I was. My main complaint is, why didnt they bother to contact me when my contact number is indicated in the address? Why are they so lazy they just wanted to leave the package at the information without even bothering to text or call me first when I couldve met with them and recieved my package personally? And if they claim that they couldnt contact me (in which I doubt because I have to keep my line open all the time because im an interning doctor there), they still couldve contacted the sender. But they didnt bother to. That package had expensive items. Why on earth would they even think of leaving such package when they havent spoken to the reciever? I still have to go to the nearest lbc in chong hua hospital and speak to whoever is in charge because this isnt fair. Youre supposed to contact the reciever or even the sender if no one is there to recieve the package

I ordered an earphones at Lazada last March 21, 2019. The time frame of the delivery was supposedly from March 21- March 29-30 but how come I didn't received my item yet and it is already April 5, 2019. The courier texted me twice saying that it will be delivered last Wednesday and Thursday last week. I've waited but until now I still haven't received anything. I really is badly needed but how can I use it when I was not yet delivered? Is this how slow you deliveries are? I ordered last December and it was tottaly fine. But how come this one was very slow? I hope my item will be delivered as soon as Saturday which is tommorow or in Sunday. I hope you will give more attention in this case. That's all

Shout out sa lbc cogeo branch. Another unsatisfied costumer here.

I have a parcel to claim from an online shop course thru lbc. The item is pay upon claim or delivery. But since I know how online shopping is, I need to check the item first if it is the right item I ordered before I pay. Almost 2k pa naman amount non. Just like lazada and shopee, I open the parcel infront of them and check.

But for lbc cogeo, they want me to pay the amount first before I open the parcel to check. Para nga naman if wrong item, out na sila don.in actuallity, wala din naman sa kanilang jurisdiction if wrong item kasi pinadala lang sa kanila din un. But for my part, the payment I will give will go to the company where I ordered the item because its their product. As a costumer, I have the right not to pay for the item if wrong item sya (di na nga ako naghahabol if damaged kasi pwede ding sa shipment na nangyari). So, i-claim ko man at bayaran o hindi, di na lugi lbc don kasi bayad na sila sa shipping fee ng shipper.

But lbc cogeo wont allow me to open and check the parcel in front of them. Kasi daw wala daw sa rules nila un. But at the back of their receipt and on their website, clearly stated eto (no. 8 rule)...

it was april 19, 2017 (12:52 am) when the tracking delivery state that the item is already forwarded at ormoc delivery hub. but as we go and get the item they couldn't find it. as the days goes by and we always keep on asking for the item the branch manager said that they already doing a investigation but as we wait theres nothing happen and been resolved the branch manager promise to us that the company will just give a refund. and again we waited for it, but its almost already 3 years since that happen but no action and refund given to us we just receive a news that the branch manager talk and promise to us just transfers to another branch and resign without even resolving our case. still hoping for this to resolve and by this email hope this could help a lot.. hope this time, it will resolve. we will just accept the said amount of refund even if its not the same amount that i pay. According to my tracking # [protected] the package containing the document I requested was delivered to me to my home address. But I did not receive anything nor my family members. I am complaining because why would the delivery personnel report that I received the document even if another person did? Where can I further follow this up because Me and my family members did not receive the document that I need.

I want to complaint about a customer service representative assigned in ayala center cebu..his name provided Joseph Fret. He was rude and argued with me and my husband when we claim our parcle today 04/03/19. Their os no proper system and no priority lane for pregnant women. I have asked if they have a priorirnumber but he said to wait as name will be called. If I did nit told him that I was pregnant he will not assist and let us wait. He said that I should cooperate as he is the one helping us. He even said that it is our fault as to why I did not inform him of my situation when even senior citizen's were not prioritize at all..they will still have to ask if they will be the next to be catered. He argued with us and keeps on saying things that he is blaming me that I did not cooperate. He also said that I should have showed myself as f I already have a very big tummy. His customer service was disgusting and should have not acted that way as I am or we are customers that should be treated well. He even raised his voice and refused to give his full name. I am very dissapointed and I felt my blood raising, after the incident we rushed to the hospital since it is my scheduled prenatal but he did not take any consideration of what is my situation. Lbc ayala center cebu dont have a systematic way of how to cater customers. No priority number given, no signage where pwd, pregnant and senior.citizen should ask assistance. Customer service representatives are rude and not accomodating specifically Joseph Fret but I doubt if this is his real name as he was not willing to give it out and even asked what is my purpose. Did not even apologize and raised his voice against me and my husband. I hope he will be given a feedback about my concern as his attitude is not proper front line.

the parcel was sent by my mother @ Robinsons Roxas City going to Bulacan. since the address was nowhere to be found I have seen some mistakes since the address is helerang mangga, it was written mangahas st. then it was corrected . the one who delivered the parcel failed to locate the receiver so he called and texted my mother " please tell the receiver to get the parcel @ camias" My brother went there and failed to get it. Here I saw just this morning while tracking the parcel is in pulilan which is too far for the receiver to get the parcel. I am asking the office to please return the parcel @ camias which is near from san miguel. Thank you.

Hello po. Nais ko po sanang iraise yung concern ko regarding po sa delivery po ninyo when it comes to passport. I was expecting my passport to be delivered from March 26-29 kasi nga I paid for an Express application at nagbayad po ako with confidence na it will be delivered but wala pa rin po akong natatanggap. I have my bestfriend called the hotline for LBC sa DFA- SM Megamall and they said that it will be delivered March 29 @8am. I kept my patience but then I waited all day wala pa din. I needed the passport immediately kasi. I was really expecting much because I paid for the service.

Di man lang ba tinry ng nagdeliver na tawagan ako or itxt if di nila makita yung bahay ko. Lagpas na nga due date ng sabi marrcieve ko yung product ng lazada. I was waiting for my package for almost a week already and based on your tracking you tried to deliver the item last March 26 and 27 but the house was closed but you did not call me on my number indicated on the OR. Why did not deliver on the 28, 29 or 30 I was home al the time. Does it mean you stopped your services on the 27th? what are you going to do with my package? I emailed your customer service twice already but since it is system generated am sure i cant get an answer.

I tracked again and based on your system my item is ready for pick up at Cavite South Delivery team. Where the hell is this place? You mean a 64 year old lady will pick up an item which is supposed to be delivered by LBC? I demand that you give me an updated on this delivery...otherwise...

Yung staff nyo sa abuyog leyte branch LBC baka di tatagal mamatay yan sila o dikaya mabugbug berna yan sila, walang kwenta, nag a update ng item yung ibabalik na nila yung item mismo. maraming nag complain kada ko punta sa LBC laging may nag co complain regarding sa mga package nila o lazada, hinde sila nag a update kung dumating naba yung putang inang lazada na yan o hinde pa, more in 15 days kami nag hihitany sa package na yan wala manlang dumating na update kung asan na, malalaman nalang namin pag follow up sa kanila na binalik na pala yung orders namin, hinde lang once nangyari at lalong hinde lang twice kundi rappidly nangyayari hinde lang sa akin kundi sa mga netizin dito sa leyte. mga tamad mag delever ng COD ampota. we hope you take some action regarding sa mga staff ng LBC sa abuyog leyte.
