LBC Express I did not receive my parcel. It contains my passport.

Lbc express texted me that today May 7 2022, I will receive my parcel. I waited for the courier until 4 pm but there's no courier, and then I received a text from lbc express that I received the parcel. The heck? That parcel is very important as it contained my personal information. It's my passport. I did not receive any. Oh my goodness please do your work correctly

Desired outcome: Please I want my passport.

LBC Express Delivery

The lbc in our province doesnt want to deliver the parcel door to door instead theywant the customer to come and pick up their parcel in their branch/office. The LBC sent a text message saying they will deliver the product. And then someone called me saying that they cannot deliver the parcel instead they want me to come in the office and pick it up myself. this already happened twice. I ordered online beacause i have no time to go out. If i have time to go out i wouldnt have ordered online in the first place.

I ordered BBM/Sara shirts n face masks . Until it didn’t arrive. Lots of supporters want to buy it now I’m stack with it cause of your slow way of sending. Hi,lbc bka po pwede nyo ako matulungan makuha un tracking number ko,bumili ako ng bag sa tagum city, worth 68k, nun una binigyan ako ng tracking number n

Pero nakalagay is local lng kaya d napadala dito sa US,then umabot ng 2 months dhil binalik sa branch ng lbc ,,para mapadala uli dito ang sabi nun nag padala ni re route na daw ng lbc,pero un nag padala sakin d binibigay ang tracking number.

LBC Express No record for this parcel

Hi, my husband is the receiver of the parcel and upon checking walang record sa system niyo. I wonder why? It was dropoff in your Talibon Branch and to be delivered to Tagbilaran Branch on March 23, wala kayong office 24 kasi sunday. Nakalagay sa receipt for delivery by 25. Hangga ngayun wala pa. You have poor customer service and very slow on responding to complaints. Please find the parcel it contains a phone. Your email support sucks, it was your mistake, why should my husband be doing all the follow work? You failed to record the parcel but printed out a receipt?

Desired outcome: I want the parcel to be found and deliver na.

LBC Express Delivery lead time & customer service kuala lumpur

Package was collected 19 February [protected]. Delivery from Malaysia to Davao indicated 55 days in Lbc delivery, 2 months 7days still packages haven’t received. Customer service always cut the call line when asking why taking so long to deliver.

LBC please provide a right lead time delivery avoid awaiting so long.

Desired outcome: Delivery Lead time is important for customer for short expiration foods items.

Hi, Was your package delivered? I sent a box to the Philippines on March 15 but only took 1.5 months.

My second shipment, however, got issue. THe box was collected on April 15, but until now, as per LBC track and trace, it has not departed from Malaysia. I am worried that the boxes are all opened/slashed, or even lost.

LBC, please explain all this. This is not very usual even if there are delays, but almost 2 months before sending the boxes out is ridiculous.

LBC Express Box was opened/ sliced and contents missing

From Pulilan. Bulacan Warehouse - before delivery. LBC staff from Pulilan branch called to inform of a damaged box during the transport/ delivery process and they had it sealed off.

Box was delivered the next day (March 29, 2022 around 10am). The box was not damaged from the transport but was obviously opened/ sliced on one corner of the box. There was a big space in the middle of the box with missing contents.

I BEEN FILING A COMPLAINT AND FOLLOWING UP MY COMPLAINT FOR 3MONTHS NOW! No answer. You destroyed my ITEMS! I CANNOT UPLOAD ALL MY PICTURES TO SHOW MY ITEMS ARE RUINED AND YOU DONT CARE!

The box came around September in the PHILIPPINES. I keep following up but the box was stuck at LBC and came to our house on December and I saw the box is ruined and when I open it all items are destroyed! I got a lot of pictures of my items! I filed a complaint same day but until now LBC has no answer. I keep on following up but still there’s no answer! For 3months complaining I got nothing. Because LBC DOESNT CARE!

LBC Express Package from my parents at Jeddah, KSA

Estimated time arrival was on March 16th, up until now March 23rd, our package is still not here. I asked for the update from the customer service of LBC Express and they told me for fourth time already they would follow-up my package, but there's still no good result from it. We've been waiting for days. Why couldn't they get it from "CUSTOMS"? Stop making your customers wait that long. What is wrong with you? We paid the right amount for your service.

LBC Express Shipment was release to authorized person who i dont know

Tracking no. [protected] please kindly check my package upon checking it says it was release to an autorized person name clent lagrosas whom i dont know who he was. It was a very important documents that i must have. I have waited for a tect or call from the courier but i dont even got one. And i wondered why my package was taking too long so i just checked and found out that it was release to someine i dont even know. Now how can i get my package back. Why your service like this. Can you please answer me and kindly do something about it. It was not really fine. Its so stupid to left the oackage of your ckient to someone who is not being authorized by the receiver or the sender. Mabagal po ang serbisyo ng mga naka duty ngayong march 22, 2021 arounf 1 to 2 pm.

Walang number system ang branch na ito kaya nagkakasingitan.

Isang oras na ako nandito.

Madami na ako napuntahang branch kaso bukod tangi ang branch na ito sa ganitong serbisyo.

Sana maaayos ang dinedeploy ninyong tao kada branch.

Ang dadaldal.. Nauubos oras sa daldal bago gumalaw.

Dalawang counter lang naka open.. Samantalang 3 silang duty.

Bakit sa apat pa ang window kung dalawa silang nagtatrabaho.

LBC Express Service - inappropriate behavior of staff

Staff refused to transact just because he's tired. It's not even closing time.

And he has the audacity to flounce when I confronted him of his behavior and untowards treatment to a customer. He even shoo me away and told me to go to their Peñafrancia branch in Naga City to file my complaints! Like, how in the world do you allow your employees to be such an [censored]?
