LabCorp review: Standing orders not drawn

Hello,
My husband is a post lung transplant patient and has frequent labs drawn at Lapcorp for which he has standing orders for. He always goes to the same draw site. He has complained to me in the past about the front desk person who also draws his blood. He said she is very rude. He had an appointment for 8/25/25 at 0815 to have his standing orders done. He also brought in an extra order from a provider at Cleveland Clinic. The labs were drawn, and he asked the phlebotomist "only 2 tubes today?" The phlebotomist said yes. My husband usually has 5-6 tubes drawn. She did not draw his standing orders. He had to return today, 8/26 because they are time sensitive. He was told there would be a second charge. We will not be paying a second copay as it was her error. My husband had to be stuck again. I feel an incident report should be completed as she made an error. We realize people make mistakes but she is and was rude to my husband again today. My husband's name is Marke Lantry and his DOB is 8/27/62.
