We just got a puppy in our way there. He had an accident in the room. She charged me an additional 277.00 after the 50 because she said she had to buy new towels. I never used towels to clean up after my puppy. My husband was working while we were there. He got dirt on 2 towels. I will pay for the towels. I WILL NOT BE TALKED TO LIKE SHE TALKED TO ME. She’s so unprofessional she told my bank she let me know before she charged me. That was another lie. I will sue her with everything I have if this isn’t resolved.

Claimed loss: 277.00 plus 50.00

Desired outcome: My money back and I’ll pay for the towel. This is fraud.
