On March 31,2026, I Karen Taylor fell by pool area. The step I fell from near shallow end of pool was not marked "Caution" as the other side was. If it had been I would not have fallen.
I made a accident report the next morning with front desk. Management will not return any of my efforts to contact them, or send me a copy.
Please send me insurance info at your earliest convenience.

I still have not heard back from your representatives regarding my fall on you property.
On March 31,2026 approximately 6:45-7:00 pm,( after launch of the Artimus 11 launch. )As I was casually walking back to the hotel room I fell by pool around the shallow end on the pavement . I am 66 years old and the fall caused extensive bruising and a rib out of alinement.
I made an accident report the next morning . I need information of your insurance and copy of accident report.

I fell by pool area. Due to poor signage . One side of shallow end had a caution sign the other side did not. I was casually walking back to my room after Artimus launch and fell on step.
