Left Stranded by 4-Star Hotel
I arrived with a fully paid, confirmed reservation, but management informed me that my reservation was on a first-come, first-served basis even though I had a fully paid reservation for over $1,500. They overbooked the property and gave my room away. They refused to walk me to a sister property, leaving me and my family stranded at 1:00 am to find alternate lodging at the last minute. Instead of the two queen beds I purchased, they offered a single king bed instead. A slap on the face. Disappointing breach of contract and terrible customer service.
