When I arrived to the hotel , I was told the shuttle was unavailable because the engine had blown up. Because shuttle service was not available as advertised, I was forced to pay for airport parking, resulting in an expense I would not have incurred had the advertised service been provided.
Airport shuttle is advertised on these sites:
Park, Sleep, & Fly
LaQuinta’s Web Page
Booking.com
Tripadviser.com
Priceline.com
Book-on-Line.com
There is no shuttle and these sites continue to advertise as if there is.
I have repeatedly called the hotel and the manager has never returned a call or been available to talk.

Claimed loss: $85. for airport parking$50 for additional charge I was not made aware of.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of added expense.
