My wife and I stayed at the 7750 N Davis HWY property room 115 on July 29, 2025. We checked in around 5 pm, went to dinner/ran some errands and returned to the room a few hours later. The AC seemed to be ok at that time so we went to sleep. We were on a tight traveling schedule and needed to leave by 5 am the next morning. We woke up at 2 or 3 am because the AC had stopped working. I know from past hotel experiences that complaining about a problem in the middle of the night to the front desk clerk and having to switch rooms etc was not practical for because of our traveling schedule. I attempted to address the problem at 4:30 am to the front desk but no one was there.So, we packed up and departed. Needless to say, we were quite tired and disappointed. I believe we should receive a refund for the room charges.
