Its a blunder to do a reservation with La quinta. I had a reservation under the confirmation no. 89231EE017454 with full payment done and just a day before the trip , I receive an email that the reservation is cancelled and I need to provide another credit card details. Is the group of hotel a scam . The hotel doesnt pick any call with a mail box full. The customer service doesn''t have any information or authority.The hotel should be sued for this harrasement.
