The number on La Quinta website goes to a 3rd party booking that made me jump through hoops to change the reservation the same day I made it. I waited 8 hours for confirmation of change, didn't get one. Finally went online and cancelled. They processed cancellation immediately while only refunding me 136.00 out of 273.99! When I tried to complain to corporate the phone number didn't even ring and kept disconnecting me.

Claimed loss: $137.99

Desired outcome: I want ALL my money refunded, the entire 273.99 Conf number [protected] Itin # H11901739 on July 8th 2025.
