I woken up at 2 AM by someone that’s supposed to be my roommate. As soon as I opened the door I smelled marijuana. I can’t be around it. It makes me nauseous and gives me a headache. I told this to the front desk clerk and she said there’s nothing she can do. She won’t give me a clean room and she won’t have the pot head escorted out. I’m supposed to work 7 AM - 5 PM. I’ve had very little sleep on now I have no place to shower. It’s very disappointing that La Quinta inn prefers drug users over clean people.

Claimed loss: $20/hr X 20 hours of work because I was unable to work. ($400)

Desired outcome: I want my lost wages and a no tolerance drug policy enforced
