I filed a detailed complaint yesterday July 4, 2025 around 8:30am, and never got a response. Once again last night, next door baby crying, door constantly slamming shut until 3am. My first 3 days here, was a pleasant stay, but so far my last two nights here, have been absolutely miserable. Looks like a 3rd night in row of crying baby, and slamming doors next room over. I spent $300 for 3 nights of no sleep, then add black mold in the bathroom, weed hotel, and extremely rude front desk clerk……..
Claimed loss: TWO NIGHTS OF BEING MISERABLE
Desired outcome: Extend my stay until July 9, 2025, since my last 3 nights here have been absolutely miserable
