Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow Parking information

On the 12 September I attended a first aid course with British Red Cross on my arrival I spoke with concierge about supplying my car Registration Number I was told I didn’t need to do that just give the information to the trainer of my course, since then I have received a Penalty charge notice which I am disputing, I just want you to make changes to stop things like this happening when attending your hotel, due to me having a hire car at the time the PCN is £60 plus £40 admin fee very disappointing

Desired outcome: Anyone attending a course/venue at your hotel should be required to supply car registration number at the front desk

Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow Your bar staff

The manager is unbelievable if you had more than 2 drinks then your drunk. I think it’s because he don’t have to work hard in the past . Please employ people that want to work. The manager of the bar is so lazy. Please employ people that understands about the English it was the 08th may 2022. He didn’t like it because I’ve was busy. Sad man. Please sack him. He is so fake

Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow Hotel

After checking in today we arrived to a film set who are being inconsiderate and not moving out of the way for my push chair. It feels chaotic. No quiet place in the hotel to relax.

The key cards aren't working. Meaning we have to get someone to let us into our room every time.

There's no complete access to the club lounge even though this is what I booked.

We have escaped next door to the Marriott for some peace and quiet as it just feels to chaotic and awful.

We booked the hotel based on reviews and the restaurant but we are reluctant to do this now

Desired outcome: Discount.

Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow Duty manager and the indian in the reception

I always stay at Sheraton since 2010 and Iam golden member too with Marriott hotels, I walked to the front desk to look for printer as the lobby computers not working, usual I expect polite staff to deal with but my experience was horrible with the duty manager at 14.45 pm at Friday and the way he was talking and not believing me that the lobby computers is not working and he walked to check by him self so he make me feel so bad and bilal who get involved also didn't manage to sort out my issues and print my email and I'm end he told me because you not staying with us today in hotel we can't print your email kind of teasing me, and I was having my Starbucks coffee and I have the receipt too .. the staff not trained well and the people working there very rude and not Marriott style of employees…

Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow attitude regarding the receptionist

On Monday evening about 21:30pm, spoke to receptionist about the package I need to pick up a package left by the guest stayed in your hotel. I was shock and horror with the way she spoke to me. It was bad manner and rude toward me. I was intimidate by her attitude and felt like being treated like a prisoner in the third world country. As a Four Star hotel, it is not acceptable with this kind of behaviour. I hope this is a just isolated incident and may be they need further communication training skill but one thing for sure, all my friend here and aboard will not be staying your hotel anymore.

Hi Team,

I get appoinment letter fom hotel skyline according to him it is starwood chain property and i attached all doc. below please tell me as soon as possible this hotel and adress is true and also his website and they told me after appointmen letter i have to apply for visa without meet his diplomat person Mr Robert Newmen In UK embassy in India . He told me that i can meet him on visa approval date.He demanded me 750 Pound fees of visa and i have to send him 150poundfirstly in favour of there secrtary account as registration and other fees they will take on visa approval. Please tell me all thes are true or not as soon as possible.I am waiting Your answer.

I had received exactly the same email, first they asked for 2 questionnaire forms to be filled and then they ask for Govt id proof, mark sheet copy with a very professionally written mail, after that they send a mail that u are selected and you have to contact a diplomat at British high commission...they will ask u deposit amount in cash at some SBI account...

THINGS TO CHECK:

1. the sender's mail id ...a reputed company's email cannot be from "googlemail.com, live.com, msn.com, writemail.com etc" it has to be in its own name!

2. pls try to search information or hotels/companies original website on Google search, as they have FAKE WEBSITES too to convince!

3. The number mentioned in the mail send as job offer are never correct...try dialing them!

4. Imp: Now a days Uk Govt or any European country is not hiring people from outside because of recession, they first give offers to their locals if they dont get anyone suitable then Company ask their Govt for permission to recruit people from foriegn countries...

5. A reputed company will never ask you to deposit cash at any account for visa work or any other work...they always ask to deposit amount directly at UK embassy...

Please don't be fooled by them...ITS 101% FAKE :(
