Kroger review: This store is terrible.

There are few if any, checkers available. There are too many empty self check out lanes.
The store is dirty, the employees would rather talk to each other than do their job or help a customer. I was in there the other day and there literally was not one single human checker open. And it smells sometime. One of the checkers is sooooo slow and smells so bad of stale cigarette smoke. It is disgusting. John the wine guy is great and the flower ladies are amazing. I also hate it when the checkers and baggers are having a disparaging conversation about other customers or their management.
Please do something about this store! Educate the employees about customer service!
