Kroger review: service

Our Kroger in Rochester, Indiana finally received a new asphalt parking lot, that's the good part! The bad part is they moved the handicap parking clear to the south side of the stores parking area. Who's wisdom was this and why would you do something so stupid? There's about eight parking spaces wasted by the people who order their food and today October 19th in the hour or so we were in the store not one person used that service. This store is in a rural community with limited shopping, which is good for Kroger because if there was another major store other than Walmart your store would go broke!
