Automated system will not route to a human. Rx was auto filled 3/5/26 (not requested). Had major adverse reaction wks ago that needed to be added to chart & Rx removed from pickup. Good thing I’m an RN and I wasn’t calling the pharmacist for medical advice! Multi times have never been able to reach a live person. I had to go to the store initially bc they wouldn’t respond to vm about a Rx transfer. I regret changing from Meijer.
Desired outcome: Have the option via the automated line to speak with a tech. Not everything can be automated. My dtr is a Sr Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens. I understand the workload and stress but your patients and store need this.
