Kroger review: New Check Out

June 2023. As a Kroger customer for more than 6 decades, I'm highly disappointed in your decision to completely eliminate cashiers at the Hwy 92 location in Acworth, Ga. Self check out is fine when the customer has only a few items but for those that have full carts it is ridiculous. Today, almost every self check out station was occupied by a customer with a full or near full cart. Most with a variety of problems waiting their turn for the frustrated employee to arrive to help. Thank God she kept her composure with a forced smile. Therefore, my weekly shopping at Kroger since the 60's has ended. I will shop only at stores who continue to keep customer convenience a part of their everyday routine,
