Kroger review: Never notified when my food arrived

I ordered $155 worth of groceries from the Kroger in Hinesville (order [protected]). Some of my delivery was cold, perishables like steak and lunch meat. Both of which were warm or room temperature by the time I got them. I was never messaged that they arrived even an hour after it got delivered & I'm afraid the meat is inedible. I only got near constant texts and updates until it "will arrive shortly" but no texts saying it arrived. I've never ordered from somewhere that would not tell you when it's finally delivered with no option for feedback on your order. I hope that this was a glitch and that Kroger normally notifies someone in the middle of summer that their perishable products have arrived with no way for them to keep cold. I would like to be refunded for both the lunch meat and chuck that I ordered & can no longer eat since I was never notified of it's arrival.
