Kroger review: manager behavior

My minor son works for Kroger and recently put in his two weeks notice because of his interactions with the night manager. On August 26, 2019 @ 9:20 P.M. this night manager - Chris Budd harassed my minor son. He was using vulgar language and made him very uncomfortable. I know as a manager he had not right talking to a minor this way let alone another adult. There is a witness to this incident as well. My son documented what happened. I am not sure what steps I need to take to make sure this man does not have the change to talk to another minor like that again. I am attaching the report my son wrote.
