Kroger review: Kroger pharmacy - 1904 emmet street

Our family has been customers at this pharmacy for 15+ years, but have decided to change our prescriptions to another pharmacy due to the staff's attitude. I understand they are short-staffed, but that doesn't have to equate to being rude to people. The last time I had a prescription called in to this pharmacy, they did not fill it for two days so I went in person to inquire the reason. They just said the medication was not ordered but they could have it in 4-5 days. I asked why it had not been ordered when they received the order from my doctor. The representative looked at me and said "I don't know why - do you want it or not?" I was shocked and that did it for me. Not going back there. I had been on the border due to other rude responses in the past. They also had a sign a few months ago, which read something like "We are short-staffed but our representatives are doing the best they can. Please be patient. Think you can do a better job? Apply! We are hiring" - such a passive aggressive message!
