Kroger review: Horrible customer service

I worked for this kroger part time (for one week) earlier last year and wondered why the company name showed up on my insurance card when I only worked there briefly (this info is besides the point, just wanted to state why I was in the store). I was looking for a manager and couldn't find one. So I asked an extremely rude woman at pharmacy who I should speak to. She cut me off after every word. Not sure who this woman is but I don't think she should be working in customer service if that's how she chooses to speak to people with simple questions.
