I have been trying to reach the Kroger store at 4915 Dixie highway Louisville, Ky 40216 for 3 (three) days to inquire about a product availability. EVERY time I attempt to call this store, the phone is busy at all times. Is it Kroger's policy to ignore customers? I am trying to determine a specific brand and product's availability. It is SIMILAC Neosure powdered formula for premature infants.

Desired outcome: Determine if the product is available in this store.
