I called Koodo about having changed my cell phone to Talk and SMS text only. I have an AGM which only accepts SMS text. I cannot use MMS data which they complied, until a few days ago, now the texts are constantly sent MMS data which constantly fails, but they won't stop sending data. It ties up my phone and is totally frustrating. I cannot get them at their telephone number and am so frustrated that I feel like I don't trust them nor want to continue to use their service.
Unfortunately, I found out after signing up with them they have very bad reviews, so be vigilant.
