Kogan Australia review: Incomplete delivery and delayed incomplete response

I have ordered a queen bed frame in 19 January which contains three items to be delivered. After a long waiting of 10 days, though order was supposed to be arrived in 22 January, only one parcel arrived which was storage bed box and rest of parts were missing. I have contacted customer service and delivery team lots of time and they never response back with proper communication but only the investigation is going on wait for 24-48 hrs. Now, its already 6th of February still there is no sign of response and delivery updates and not even response of my mail. These were the consignment number for the parcel and they delivered only one parcel and state that all delivery has been processed.
