I have been buying from Rubber-Cal for years - sheet rubber for tool boxes, outdoor mats, indoor carpet mats, and rubber flooring - excellent service and great quality products. In all the years I only had one order that was not correct when they sent two large mats instead of one large and one small. Called them up and received the small mat in 3 days and they had me keep the large one. Went out of their way to take care of me. Now thats customer service!

I was looking for rubber bench matting to use at work - we handle customer's parts, and cover our workbenches in rubber to prevent scratches, dings, etc. While advertised as a floor mat, this was the perfect replacement product for a section of bench that we were rebuilding due to hard use over the years. The product was exactly as-advertised, and arrived 3 days earlier than forecast. Will definitely keep this supplier's contact information on file for the next time!

Great product with quick delivery. Elephant Bark rubberized flooring in Candy Corn color. The matts are heavy, tough and durable. I have placed mine under my commercial treadmill in my home. It should work well. Only 4 stars though because the packing box is not particularly up to transporting such a heavy product. The end of my box had burst open and 6" of the matt had slipped out and couldn't be pushed back inside. Thankfully the matt didn't seem to sustain any damage.

I ordered 2 Rubber-Cal “Shark Tooth Heavy-Duty Matting - 3/4-inch Thick Rubber Mats - Black Made in the USA - 3/4 inch Thick x 4ft x 6ft and I love them. I ordered them for my garage gym so that I could drop my weights on the ground when things got too heavy! They work great at absorbing the shock and noise. They're also great for doing burpees and other floor exercises. They don't stink either! Mats from the Tractor Supply place stink really bad. Super please. Thank you.

Great Company and great product! I ordered a 4' x 8' roll of black diamond plate pattern rubber matting and it was exactly what I need to dress up my trailer entrance way and make it like new again. And with the leftover pieces, I was able to put down new matting in the generator compartment and in the bottom of my truck toolbox. The matting was PERFECT! And, it was delivered 3 days sooner than expected, which was even better. I highly recommend this product and this company!

Our walkway always held too much water when it rained. We wanted something to walk across to keep our feet dry but at the same time have something safe enough for our small grandchildren. While looking, I found this company and we purchased some of the Eco-Safety 2.5-inch" Rubber Playground Surfacing back in March. They have been great! Tall enough to keep our feet dry when it rains and safe enough when the grandbabies fall on them! Will be purchasing more of these when we can.

Looks Great! Exactly what I was looking for in terms of thickness, weight and potential durability. Easy to work with & cut with utility Knife. I'm very pleased with the look and quality of this flooring. This looks great in front of my workbench. I suspect any spills will wipe off easily. The back is grey with a little texture so it stays in place quite well. Used 18 feet in front of work bench, cut the left over piece in 4 to use under car tires, to prevent hot tires pulling up paint.

From ordering to receiving the product has been an extremely enjoyable process. When the package was dropped off today, I stopped all that I was doing to open the box, and the product was exactly what I wanted. I quickly laid out the 4 X 15 rubber mat, and it fit perfectly. The thickness, design, and material were just what I wanted. I am a happy camper. If I ever need a similar product, I will most definitely order from Rubber-Cal. Thank you so much. Bought our Elephant Bark from Rubber-Cal and it arrived several days sooner than anticipated. Product was very easy to cut using a utility knife and a piece of wood trim as a straight edge. We're using it as a backing under some artificial turf that our elderly dog is using for an upstairs "relief station" on our deck. It's very easy to hose off and is holding up nicely. Now our "old timer" is loving his spot as an alternative to going downstairs and we have a very easy job of hosing it down. Thanks for the great product!

I was skeptical about the quality of decorative outdoor stair treads that were available online. I read many reviews from owners who had mats blow off their steps on a windy day. I bought the Rubber-Cal mats thinking I might need to return them but was extremely pleased when I opened the box and found the mats to be a nice heavy weight and excellent quality. They have remained in place during stormy weather and haven't moved at all. Aside from the quality they are very attractive on the steps outside both entryways to my home. I am now a fan of the brand and won't hesitate to buy any of their products.

Rubber-Cal was the solution to problem we were unable to solve until I discovered them online. My wife and I were looking for a thin silicon mat that would protect a new enameled metal dresser we recently purchased. Rubber-Cal was eager to help us find a solution is one of the very free companies out there that has the selection of materials and colors, offering us the best possible solution. They offered to send some samples and in short order, we were able to decide which material worked best for us. Within days, we received the mat and we're able to trim and customize to our needs. I purchased the interlocking rubber tiles that measure 20in x 20in and are 3/4in thick. The terra cotta color is more of a dark brownish red. They are heavy which is good because they won't be sliding. They are actually connected with plastic pins which are included. One side of the surface is plain but textured, the flip side is bumpy. There were no instructions included so I think they can be used on either side. The flat side under equipment and the bumpy side more for outside to clean off the footwear. You can even get a bit creative and make your own pattern mix of the available colors. Great Product, quick shipping.

my basement has a sordid history of getting wet. sewer backup problem - had to fight city hall, lost twice in court, but after that they took out the sewer pump station across the street and ran a new sewer line, that problem stopped (no $$$ from the city , of course). i'm also the lowest and closest to an irrigation ditch, 50 yards - so if that gets obstructed, the water table rises. i also have a city street drainline running along my east property line 10 yards from house, that drains into the irrigation ditch - when that was recently compromised where it drains, the water table rises, and i filed a claim for storage rental costs, due to emptying 1/2 of my basement so i could clean and sanitize with bleach solution. the county paid my cost and rebuilt the drain. i love the 1" tiles, they have allowed me to reclaim my basement. leonard kellum

I ordered from Rubber-Cal because from my first phone call (and their website,) they demonstrated they had the product I needed and could and wanted to meet my needs. I also like to support small business, as 60% of U.S. American jobs come from small business. I think supporting small business is very important. I ordered the 4' X 6' "Shark Tooth" heavy-duty rubber mat to put in my second-floor apartment under my indoor bicycle trainer to absorb the noise. There was some confusion/miscommunication about the shipping instructions (I needed to make sure it was delivered to my apartment door and not the manager's office, since as a skinny single woman I have no way of transporting a 92-lb mat by myself from the manager's office into my car and then up the stairs & into my apartment.) Josh (one of the owners) was very helpful and cancelled the original shipment, which had already gone out and would have very likely been delivered to the manager's office simply because of how overwhelmed the shipper is right now with Covid19 and the wildfires, and sent out another mat. Sean then was very helpful in checking up on everything on the second shipment, contacting the shipper himself requesting that it be delivered to my front door. Rubber-Cal took responsibility and ownership and showed that they both wanted my business and were committed to giving me a positive and trustworthy customer experience. The mat arrived and is nice and thick, and in the future, when I need another rubber mat product, I will be doing business with them again. Thank you, Sean and Josh!

Failure to issue refund on returned product for Celsius Technical Enterprises. Owner, John Doe. Product on back order for 12 months. John Doe passed away, family returned product and requested refund of $1495. No response from company or sales personnel, after many emails. Order Jan 2020, shipped Dec 2020, returned Jan 2021. I placed an order for two heavy duty floor mats on 1/14 (Order #***). This is my second order for the same product, I ordered two in December also, with no issues. I received the second order, but one of the mats is sized incorrectly. I contacted the company on 2/7 to let them know, and requested a replacement. I was told by Sean Dl, they would have to check their stock, but I never heard back. I emailed them again, and I was told they by Sean that he would check with his manager and I never heard back. I emailed again and received no response. I sent the Sean pictures showing how the one mat was obviously cut incorrectly, and do not properly join with the edges of the other three mats, which I am using all together in a gym room. I don't think it should take this long to get this resolved, and I expected better service. These mats are $100 each, and after the good experience with the first order, I have to say I am disappointed at the lack of response for their mistake.
