I had heard good things about Chopbox and thought it was worth a try, even though it was three times the price of our usual roast.

The purchase and delivery process went smoothly, and I was excited to try out the suggested Chopbox recipe for cooking the roast. However, despite the roast looking great, it turned out to be one of the toughest pieces of meat I have ever had. The meal was a disaster, and everyone agreed that we should have stuck with our usual USDA Choice roast from our local store.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Chopbox to let them know about my experience, they only offered me a $10.00 store coupon for my $345.00 roast! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service.

In the end, I learned my lesson and will stick with our usual roast in the future. I hope that my experience can help someone else avoid a ruined Christmas dinner.
