I was sold a used car at Kia on the Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA on May 2, 2025. Beginning in May, 2025 I had to get a tow at least once a month because battery died. I have AAA I used up all my alloted tows and battery replacements in June, July, August, and September. In October, Kia sent their mechanics to my residence to pick up the car, replace the battery and drive it back to my residence. They claimed everything was good to go. That same day I drove 4 blocks to the store, came back home to put up my purchases, and went out to go to another store. THE CAR WOULD NOT WORK. I had the car towed back to Kia on the Boulevard and left it there. T he dealer has refused to take any responsibility. The car is still there as of today. HELP!

Desired outcome: VOID TRANSACTION AND REFUND MY DEPOSIT.
