KIA Motors – Payment not received

I traded in my car to purchase a 2025 sorrento 3/29/25. A check to pay off my trade in was sent 4/4/25 to the wrong bank! It has been weeks of dodged phone calls, avoidance, and lies telling me that the check was re written and sent overnight to the proper bank for payment, which the payment was delinquent by this time. It wasn't until I came to the dealer in person on 4/30 to demand a copy of the tracking number, and given a lot of push back that I was given proof of payment, the tracking number showed that the check went out that day 4/30. weeks of lies!
