KIA Motors review: Paid way over window sticker with out being told

when i brought my 2023 sportage hybird it was done over the phone and they brought it to my house in a snow storm.they ask me what i would like my monthly payment to be and i told them 400.00 and they gotthat for me 425.00. they went over the contract with me and my wife ,everything looked good . a couple of months ago i was looking through my manuals and i found the window sticker in one of the books .I looked at the window sticker and to my surprise my car was only 34,000 and i was charged 44,000.i was never told of the markup ,because i would of never brought it.now i tried to trade it in and because of the mark they will only offer me what i own on the car ,so nothing comes off the price .so if i did not have to pay the extra 10,000 i could of had more come off the car. .they have every right to charge more for the car ,but they had no right hiding the window sticker and not telling what they have done ..this was done at Lehighton kia in pa .i brought my old contract with me to let them see and they knew what and did nothing for me. so for all of you out there dont trust them at all .when it seems they are being too nice ,its because they want your n money

Claimed loss: 10,000

Desired outcome: i would like them to take 10,000 off the sticker price for a new one,but we all know that will never happen
