I bought Kia Karen 3 years ago. Since I bought front wiper was not working properly. I had to wait to get replacement about 6 months to get a spare part. About a year later, similar problem had arisen again.

I booked car service for Kia, through the sale representative I bought the car. I got appointment on 28.3.25 @8 am. I arrived there before 8 am. The front desk person told me that there was no booking for me and asked me to show the messages I booked. She said that the saleperson was not working with them anymore. I showed my messages to my sale agent. She said somehow there was no booking on her list.
In addition to that, she told me that I needed come back for checking wiper. I told her that I could not come back. I waited so long thus I asked her not to check wiper anymore. Car service finished only at 11:30 without checking wiper. I called the sale agent infront to them and let him talked with the front desk lady , and I overheard that someone who received the message from my sale agent did not put in to the list.

So I contacted my sale agent again and asked him that I would like to complaint about Kia's service in Brunei as well as wiper.

Soon after that I got a call from, Kia's after sale agent, who simply ignored my complaint and asked if I wanted to repair wiper. He said he was only "after sale agent', and so I asked if he could help me to whom shall I complaint. He did not answer, and I just repeatedly told that she was only after sale service manager.
So, I asked him if he could not direct me somewhere, shall contact Kia international. He replied to me that whoever if you want contact, contact.

Claimed loss: Faulty front wiper since bought the car.

Desired outcome: I don't want to deal with Kia service workers from Brunei. Thus, I would like to return the car and just get refund. I won't mind any amount I could refund for the car, not necessary to get fully refund.
