The vehicle (Kia EV6, UK registration **RE73JPJ**) has experienced three similar incidents. On 31 Dec the car suffered a complete electrical shutdown while I was inside and I could not exit for around 20–30 minutes. A second event occurred with a 12V battery low warning while stationary. On 8 March the vehicle again became unusable while my wife and daughter were waiting in an ASDA car park and could not be properly operated or secured. This repeated behaviour raises serious safety concerns and requires manufacturer-level investigation.

Desired outcome: Immediate - Replacement car until problem resolution, should not be Fuel car, has to be battery carInvestigate, ensure car is fixed, if not new car
