I have tried to call and file a complaint, but no one answers the phone.

I bought KFC last night and the tights and wings were so small, and the extra crispy chicken breading was over cooked. The breast was big.

We have complained to the store before and now I want to complain to the establishment. We have to drive 5 miles to a different KFC to get a decent order of chicken when the nearest one is within 1 mile from our house, the one Im complaining about. The restaurant # is #E720326.

I purchase KFC a couple of month, now I'm thinking of trying Popeyes chicken. We enjoy KFC, but why would we have to drive 5 miles to buy KFC when we can drive less than 1.

I bought this yesterday, 10-13-23.

Desired outcome: Bigger chicken pieces/better chicken
