Time:4:03pm, Date: 2/11/2023. — The KFC at 2800 Airline Blvd in Portsmouth, VA is horrible. This is the 2nd time I have ordered and eaten here and each time I go through the drive through, there is a delay. Customer service is just awful & my order was wrong. There is a lot of hesitance as if something is going on within the store. Very strange. The same thing happened the 1st time and this time as well.
