KFC review: Second time I've had the wrong type of chicken served with my takeout order.

This is the 2nd time I've had the wrong type of chicken with my Fill Up Box.
The first time was on Sept 05, 2023, and the last time was on 09/22/2023 at 4:01PM ticket #3139. The recpt. shows the name of Samantha, this is wrong, a fellow was at the cashier's position taking my order. The first time was at the drive thru window, I've misplaced that receipt.
Both times I ordered the ORIGINAL and was served the crispy chicken. I've been ordering the original chicken for over 20 years. I couldn't return the orders, I couldn't leave my wife alone she has Alzheimer's (Dementia).
