Ordered chicken and sides online with 8 free plates. Went inside KFC to pickup my food and 8 free plates and the associate said the were out of plates so I asked if they could give me 8 of the KFC chicken boxes to eat on since they were out of plates, the associate said per the manager they could not give us anything to eat on. I asked for the mgr.

Desired outcome: The manager should have given us the box chicken boxes to eat on since they were out of plates instead of saying they couldnâ€™t give us anything. He did give us 8 small little nugget boxes.
