KFCpoor customer service

I went to the KFC near my home tonight it was a few minutes before 8 p m, I ordered a four piece combo original all dark (specified all legs, if possible and a extra leg as well, also one of the two for Six Specials . I asked the cashier if getting all legs was possible and he said let me check and came back out front and said yes no problem, paid for my food, after about ten mins I was told they were waiting on biscuits, twenty minutes later another guy comes out and says I'm sorry we are not gonna be able to give you all legs because now we have several cars in the drive thru and we have to make sure we have enough, I told him I don't think so I been waiting thirty mins now you told me it wouldn't be a problem now that your getting busy I can't have them, I was nicer than I should have been but I was firm that I get should what I ordered, I finally got it but it was very poor customer service and entirely too long of a wait time. After all without customers your business would cease to exist,
