Good day,

Missing food items. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund for those missing items. Girl over the phone asked manager and she said all they can do is have me come back to the restaurant for those items. That was not an option for me. I asked to talk to the supervisor who didn’t care to take my phone call. All she did was yelling at the girl on the phone with me to either go back or they could send a postcard, which I don’t even know what that is. No refund available.

NOT OK

this is the second time in less that a month i have issues with this site.
