KFC review: Incorrect order & foul mouthed clerk

I came in Tuesday02/14/2023 at approximately 6:30 pm. I ordered the 16 piece meal with an extra order of green beans, a 5 piece tender combo meal, & the 2 wraps special. My total was $ 68.48. I also told them that the last time I was in there that I was shorted an order of Mac & Cheese that I had paid extra for. I also informed them that I called (this was about 6 weeks ago) & they said that they would write my name down & that I could get it when I was back in there. That was fine with me as I live 21 miles away & did not want to drive back there that evening. When I told the clerk before I paid he said he would take care of it. When I went to pay, I checked my order, again no Mac & Cheese, I told the clerk & it was a girl this time & she said she couldn't do that, I asked her to get her manager, she came up (this gal looked like a peacock with her hair & dressed horribly) anyway, she asked for a receipt htat I did not have as it was 6 weeks ago, so I explained to her what they said on the phone & she called me a liar & said their phones don't work. I said lady I have nor reason to lie, just go ahead & give me a refund, I am not going to be called names, she then yelled: F_ You & get out of my store. I did leave, I had to stop my husband from going back in there & he is a chaplain. It is a shame that a manager acts that way under any circumstance. There was a family in there with 2 small children, they got up & left as well.
