KFC review: Food purchased at KFC Edgware

After an enjoyable evening with my newphews & family out in London at the Oval cricket club we decided to grab something to eat fm KFC Edgware as that was quick & efficient as was getting late. We must of arrived KFC Edgware at around 10.40pm. We ordered 14 piece chicken bargain bucket with sides & took home as live literally minutes away. We waited awhile at the premises for our food believing they were cooking it fresh. Well, when I dished out the chicken pieces they were very brown in color & could tell been laying around in the heater for awhile as wasn't crispy one bit. The gravy was very dark in colour & lumpy as I know they use the remaining oils to make & the sweetcorn should be soft & juicy as was left so long it was dry. Binned the sweetcorn n left the gravy as nobody touched. We couldn't eat the sweetcorn, they left the gravy which is a first & picked out bits of chicken as didnt enjoy one bit. We were so disappointed by the standards of KFC in Edgware as its the worst KFC had in my entire life & believe me we have had plenty. Usually we demolished & the chips were reasonable but very disappointed in the quality of the chicken. The oils were very old n didn't enjoy one bit. They picked at it & couldn't manage the chicken as was so so dry & boys binned too. They too had to drive 30 minutes fm Edgware home. Definely had to mention as the standards at this KFC restaurant is appalling. She also refused to accept my cash as had to move tills because my son's KFC app wouldn't scan so moved to another till & my son had to pay on his card. I said why can't I pay in cash as said because I'm now at this till. Thinking back I should of taken photos but they were hungry n never to think to take photos b4 eating as binned & was very late. We are also fm the catering industry & never have I had to complain regarding a takeout fm KFC as this is my first.
