KFC review: Employees

On Thursday, Aug 31 2023 I went to drive thru at KFC, where I have been going for 30yrs. After waiting several minutes, I yelled into the box Hello She answers "what do I want? I want a 8 piece dinner please, with extra side of mac n cheese. I hear Pull up Doesn't bother to tell me total, ask crispy or original I get to window, she says 41.99 I thought wow mac n cheese went up Then I asked could I have crispy. She says pull out front. After several minutes, a very arrogant young black male walks over and tells me I need to get original crispy will be 20 mins, I got my grandkids with me. no I ll just get a refund and go somewhere else, Well arrogant boy cant refund me I have to wait. I go inside to se manager He isn't there, and none of the 5 male employee;s, who surrounded me couldn't refund either I insist on calling manager NOW here is where I lost my mind Arrogant boy puts both his on the side of my either side of my neck. and tells me to calm down As a 62 yr old white female, veteran that is a BIG no no. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. SAD
