KFC a cashier at kfc

Yesterday my husband and I went to kfc in wilkesboro around 230 to eat the buffet. Well the lady by the name of sandy took our order for 2 buffets which she said was $18.60 we paid with a $20 so oddly enough the lady goes to ask the manager for keys to get our change and then puts our $20 in her back pocket so when I ask for my receipt she tells us that the machine didn't print a receipt... I've worked in fast food and I believe what she done was not even ring our order up and just kept the money. I will not be visiting that location because I feel like the lady was intoxicated and stole our money as well as Kfc's money.

KFC chicken little’s

I asked for extra mayo on my six chicken Little’s and they gave me crap it’s not fair to have to feed your kids this when you put in a specific order get all the way home after a long day at work order food and have to end up cooking anyway just plain rude and I go here all the time. And there across the street from a school there probably giving these kids crap and I don’t pay my money for crap I want my money back or my food PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

KFC is a fast food restaurant. Fast food restaurants are known for convenience and price. You can always check your food items before you leave to make sure your order is correct/satisfactory. Your pictures look on-par with regular fast food.

Also if you truly believe it is "crap, " don't purchase it or feed it to your children.

KFC drive/through service

I drove to the window around 11:45 and the cashier asked fro my order and I gave it but no one ever said anything else. So I kept waiting to see if someone would ask for my order again or ask me to speak up, still no one responded or said anything and plus I was the only car at the window no one else was in drive-thru at the time. From that point I drove to the window and the manager on duty at the time said we couldn't hear you. Now remind you that know one ever said we cant hear you or asked me to repeat myself which means that you heard me but didn't say anything. She told me I needed to drive back around because she couldn't take any orders at the window even though no one was at the window.

So I got out and went in and order A fill up for $5.00.

KFC refused to fulfill order request...

Pulled up to drive thru and ordered an 8 piece bucket all dark original recipe. Was told that was a "Special" order and would have to wait, or called in... for 8 pieces of chicken?!

Really? You do chicken right? That's part of your companies name, right? You have hundreds of pounds on site, right? What's so "special" about my order?

KFC manager being aggressive/shouting profanities-alameda, ca location

Incident on 10/14, around 3:30 pm

During a local neighborhood walk with my wife and 5 month old daughter I needed to use the restroom. My wife pointed out a local KFC and we walked over to use the facilities. There happened to be a closed street event happening a block away and I noticed that there was a sign on the front door that indicated that the restrooms were for paying customers only, at which point I walked back to my wife and informed her we needed to buy something and I asked what kind of soda she would like. (This should be on the stores security camera to corroborate)

I then entered the restaurant and due to pressing needs decided to use the restroom prior to purchasing the drink. Within 1-2 minutes of entering the facilities the manager Christie knocked on the door and followed up at least 4-5 separate times over the course of the 5-10 minutes that I was occupying the restroom. The first knock sounded like she was checking to see if it was occupied, curious considering there is a slider on the lock that said vacant when I entered, and I would assume said occupied once I locked the door. After the second knock she asked me to hurry up as I was taking a long time, which I thought was rather rude but I didn’t think much of it. After the third/fourth knock she asked if I was “smoking drugs in there” to which I responded “No…are you kidding me?” and she reiterated her desire for me to hurry up.

At this point I was becoming rather irritated and may have gotten flustered and lost count if she had knocked 1 or 2 more times. Regardless, after the last knock on the door she indicated that there was a line forming and that if I did not get out of the restroom she would “unlock the door herself and remove me”. I reiterated my incredulity at the circumstance I found myself in and may have uttered a profane word at the door while I washed my hands.

Upon opening the door to leave I was confronted with Christie and the other patrons that were waiting, a family of 3-4 females, who all entered the restroom as Christie chastised me. I pointed out that I was in the Male restroom and voiced my surprise at being rushed to vacate considering the “line” that had formed was of all females, a group of children and their mother. Christine said it didn’t matter since they had children with them and that I needed to leave the premises immediately. At this point I was understandably irate at being publicly embarrassed and chided and regrettably told Christie she was being a [censor]. She irately followed me as I left through the doors of the restaurant and continued to harass me in the parking lot.

She told me that there were signs posted that indicated that “restrooms are for paying customers only” at which point I indicated my intent to purchase a beverage. She said I needed to make a purchase before using the restroom and that she was going to call the police due to me cursing in front of children. She followed me out of the door, still shouting, and told me not to get in her face, and that “we aren’t afraid of you” even though she was the one being aggressive and I was the one backing away. I was rather upset after the preceding exchange and the surrounding circumstances so I regrettably “flipped her off” as I left the premises on foot. She loudly yelled back at me “Yeah, [censor] off you [censor]!” as other patrons, and my wife and daughter, watched on. All I wanted was to use the bathroom and make a purchase, but the manager’s actions have ensured that we will never return to this location. I would appreciate a response and to be informed what action will be taken.

KFC the service

I went to kfc as usual on a Friday lunchtime... I love kfc and I paid at the first window where I also ordered my meal... Then drove to 2nd window and the young man was so rude... He handed me the order and closed the window... Whilst I was trying to ask for a straw... I thought hes busy leave him be... But went and stood with some other staff.. arms folded and looked my way but completely ignored me... I'm sorry it's not a big deal... But it is...I enjoy coming to kfc and the rudeness of the young man I cannot understand... I waited a few mins and was looking towards him but he never acknowledged me... Sorry about my complaint.

KFC everything!

OMG someone please give the KFC in Germantown, WI a cleaning crew. This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been too. I should have left, but I went ahead and ordered. Chicken was dry(understatement). We took our chicken home because the booths were greasy. Had to key in my credit information to pay which seemed barbaric. Overall, I will probably go to Popeyes from now on. No wonder there was nobody there.

KFC out of food, cash only and board with drinks listed is wrong all in the same trip

I went to Kentucky Fried Chickennon green river rd in Evansville IN. They told me cash Only. I leave and get cash and come back. I order and find out they only have white meat. I finally decide on an order and was asked what to drink - when I ordered from the board - they told me they switched it out and no longer carry the beverage I wanted. How do you stay in business? I will never come back. This has happened before on a couple of occasions - might as well shut the it down if ya don’t have the menu items. At 5pm even.

KFC store location freedom dr charlotte nc

On october 12 2017 a little after 9pm. I ordered the 5pc nashiville hot wings basket and the popcorn chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. The guy who took my order rung it up right but i didnt get ehat i ordered. I got wedges instead and no slaw with wings. And the popcorn chicken was cold. They didnt get anything right. Everyone working there was just standing there talking. The dr pepper fron was out. When i asked if the drive through was working he said but gave me pepsi. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. This is the worst kfc i have ever been too. They have just ruined it for all others. I fear ever going back or eating my food. I know what foodborne illness i can get from these.

KFC wingettas wings

I brought 5 wings a month ago they were were hard and dry.they replace them wented back last week brought 10 wingeatts the spicy ones.got home they were raw.i got mad threw them away.they better be careful before they get someone sick.its the stafford store.i live in StAfford va 108 oakridge drive my name is veronica pixcar.that. is the closet store near me.they need go watch there temp cooking and pull the old chicken

KFC watertown, wi location

Went to the local Watertown, WI KFC. The place smelled like sewer gas when we went in. We ordered our food which came very fast. The pot pie I ordered had bones and gristle in it. This grossed me out and I couldn't eat it. My grandsons potato wedges looked like they had been sitting for hours. They were all dark brown and dried out. There wasn't any ice for the soda machine. The tray the food was served on was sticky and gross. This really was not a good experience for us. The service was good but the food was very, very bad.
I don't know if I will ever go back.

KFC unacceptable food order

We went to pick up a late dinner at 7:30 p.m. I order the $10 chicken tenders. When we got home and got ready to eat, there were only 5 chicken tenders and i had a large order of steak fries that I did not order. I called and spoke with a "manager in training" who was alone (no manager on duty). She stated that they were out of chicken tenders (I should have received an order of 10 tenders) so they just went ahead and gave me a chicken tender meal - WITHOUT TELLING ME! On top of that, the chicken tender meal is supposed to have 6 chicken tenders in it - but they only had 5 tenders left so not only did they not give me what I ordered but they shorted me food in the meal they decided to give me! WHAT THE?! She stated nobody remembered to take more tenders out of the freezer and said she was sorry and that she would have the Manager - Addison call me. Well... as you can tell - Manager Addison never called! I'd like to know how you intend to fix this unacceptable visit. Thank you!

KFC food and store

My family and I decided to go out to eat at kfc today. We had never been to this location before in coos bay oregon. When we walked in, we ordered our food, and sat to wait for it to be cooked. While sitting in the lobby we began to notice a bunch of fly's flying around the tables and bombing us during their flight. We were so groused out by the amount of flys in the lobby. The tables were not clean either.

Once our food arrived it was barely even warm. The biscuits were hard as if they were days old and had been put in a microwave. We were so disappointed by the entire experience that I thought I should take the time to write this and let someone know the condition the store and its food was in.

I have worked for franchise companies in my lifetime. I would think each franchise would have someone over seeing the store and coming to do inspections. It did not seem to be the case with this store, due to the conditions of the food, and store itself. I was imagining the flys in the front of the store, had to be in the food in the cook area as well.

I would love to get a refund for the money I spent on the dinner I had to toss out. I purchased a 20.00 family bucket meal, along with the #3 meal for my son, which came with two chicken sandwiches and a drink and potatoes.

KFC night manager, santa fe nm - st francis dr location

My father and I went to get your special Chicken Fried Steak, we asked for the coleslaw to be put in separate containers, the so called night manager was very rude, said she would charge us extra for containers, then we asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the night manager, then, we asked for the number to the store, or corporate office, she plain out told us to look it up in the phone book, we, did not get anything from your store that night, I thought the costumer was always right, I was later informed that the same manager was very rude to my father and my daughter on separate occasions, you really need to talk to this lady, if she calls herself a manager she should at least be polite, and explain the situation, not be rude, and not give out any information on your telephone numbers . I really don't think she is management material, You are loosing loyal costumers.

KFC buffet

Three of us ate the buffet in Fargo ND about 3 weeks ago. We should have demanded our money back. There was 1 biscuit left and it was as hard as a hockey puck. There was probably 1 scoop of potatoes and corn left The chicken was very dry and only had about 4 pieces in the pan. We eat at KFC all the time, even when we are out of town. This was the worst we ever had and the employees did not seem to care. They said they were short of help.

I am writing with this confidence that KFCMy Pakistan is a customer oriented organization and very caring and responsive to its customer patronage and their personal problems.

My Case: While the KFC Ryder deliberately scratched my Rear Mudguard –Bumper, and tried to walk away. I came out immediately from car and caught hold of the KFC Ryder. As usual, he refused to accept his mistake, on which infuriated, I took him inside the KFC-Bahria Branch and asked for the Floor Manager. Mr. Syed Azhar Abbas, accompanied along with the KFC Ryder to my car and examined the whole situation. one Mr. Aftab Ahmed joined and in naïve manner shouldering out KFC Ryder being responsible. your KFC staff and asking to pardon the KFC Ryder, being poor man and having very low salary, Bumper shall cost maybe 20, 000PKR+, again waiving off the whole amount, being a POOR MAN THIS KFC RYDER. to teach the KFC RYDER a lesson for future, he shall pay PKR 1500 in 3-monthly installments effective the day of incident. Mr. Aftab Ahmed and Mr. Syed Azhar Abbas took personal guarantee to recover amount from the KFC Ryder and give it to me. I called after Eid-Ul-Adha and talked to Mr. Syed Azhar Abbas, (Mr. Aftab Ahmed not available at that moment), who informed the subject Ryder is on leave 2-3 days, and shall let me know. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM BOTH GENTLEMEN I am forced to write to you and request this PKR 1500 be deducted from salary of the KFC Ryder and/or Mr. Aftab Ahmed-Mr. Syed Azhar Abbas-Personal Guarantors, and deposited in my bank account as under:

KFC terrible food

I have been experiencing this issue on a number of different occasions at KFC located in Lilongwe, Malawi. The chicken, most especially the wings have been appearing blackish. In addiction, they tend to be very dry, as though they had been refried. A lot of people have complained on separate occasions that what the restaurant seems to do is refry food that was prepared some days before. This is the most ridiculous thing to experience, especially coming from a fast food restaurant. Why would we be served chicken that not only looks black in appearance, but is also very dry? The restaurant also has a tendency of running out of tomato sauce sachets, or just flat out refuse to give you the sauce which is unheard of. Please look into these issue and have them rectified as soon as possible.

Another issue that needs to be mentioned is sanitation. KFC Lilongwe has one of the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen in a restaurant. It seems that no one tends to the toilets during the operating hours. There was no toilet paper placed in the toilets, the toilet seat was covered in urine, as well as the floor. And the sink was very dirty. How can can such a renowned fast food brand present these deplorable standards to its customers? Something needs to be done to rectify these issues with immediate effect.

KFC smoky bbq chicken little

I ordered the Smoky BBQ chicken little there was a smear of BBQ sauce on the bun the chicken itself was plain. Clearly not as pictured. Very disappointed I know I only paid a little over a dollar for it, but still it was most definitely not the way the advertised or pictured the sandwiches. Surely you can relate to expecting one thing for dinner & it not being what it’s supposed to be. This order was take out from the Latrobe PA KFC sometime after 7pm

KFC service

I go to KFC a least one a week and the service has been getting slower and slower, I thought that there was just not enough help because of employees not coming to work. I finally asked an employee I know and was told that since the Manager was having a relationship with one of the other employees that is she cares about. I was told that she spend most of the time on phone when he is off and when they work together they seem to disappear and let everyone else do the work. It is a shame because it use to be a great place to eat.

KFC employees

KFC is a family runned business, just by the employees alone. They give the family most of the hours . It's all favoritism over there . One of the manager is rude and curses at / or in front of the customers . Every time I go into KFC the employees are always on the phone or talking and not taking orders . Another thing is every time I go there they mess up my order . The chicken is either uncooked or over cooked or soggy . If you wanna see yourself go there
