I went on for an answer to a radio question didn't receive and answer right away and when they sent the welcome message I replied to it to cancel the service its not what I was looking for. They still billed me anyway and when I sae it on my bank statement I called to complain they said it went past the seven days period and they refused to refund although they had no problem canceling the account that day so I was charged a month and received nothing for my money I call that fraud.

I applied to be an expert with JustAnswer and went through a whole identity verification process. That was approved. I figured they would contact me with more in depth questions since the application only let me type in information on 2 degrees without room for more nor professional references. I am quite educated with a lot of experience. Instead of being contacted for more information I got an email that JustAnswer would not be moving forward with my application. I wrote to them for an explanation but got no answer. It sounds fishy to me.

I was online with them and received no help at all, then I received a text about a trial offer and if I did not want this text, STOP, which I did, now I have received a bill on my credit card $5.00 for the trial and $39.00 for a months service. I called them, they were very rude and told me that their policy is NO REFUNDS but they would cancel any further charges. I told the agent I wanted a refund, she said I'm hanging up you and she did. I am now trying to dispute the charges with my bank, I just hope nobody will deal them at all to me it's seems to be a SCAM

My elderly mother was charged unknowingly for your service - . the service you say you provided was fraudulent. she searched for bose service and spoke to a rep who said they represented Bose. This is not the case . She called today to inquire about money removed from her bank account for two months. after speaking with Joy at customer contact, she assured us the escalation would be reviewed. I asked for her supervisor and nothing - we were given standard responses for this issue and as I research and review this fraudulent service online I see this is common - refund the money to her account. We are filing a complaint with The FTC federal trade commission as well as reviewing options for representation in court.

We agreed to pay a $5 amount for a phone service on 28 July 2021. We are now being billed a monthly subscription of $42 Australian per month for a subscription we did not agree to. Since 28 July we have also been receiving many more scam emails.
I have had to cancel my VISA card to stop more payments being deducted. I seek repayment of the amount of $42 improperly charged to my VISA card on 9 August 2021.

I used your website to get advice on my wife's kidney infection. I was asked to submit a payment of £5.00 which I was happy to pay. I then received an email confirming receipt of the money but was surprised that I had also been deducted £38.00 for a "membership fee". I did not ask to become a member of anything and then I checked my bank account to see that the two payments had been dedusted totalling £43.00, To me this is a cynical exploitation of people who have a medical complaint. Please refund the £38.00 deducted from my account as soon as possible. If it is not received forthwith I shall take the necessary steps to ensure that it will be.

Signed up for trial subscription, then decided not to continue, then received an unauthorized $40.00 charge on my credit card, for no services?

On 25/06/2021 I asked a question on Just Answer and paid 5 Euros for what I thought was a one off Trial. The Lawyer did not have the answer, it was not in his area of expertise and he merely gave me the details of another legal organisation. The deduction from my bank account was identified as JUSTANSWER*TRIAL00800800
On the 5/07/2021 there was a deduction of 59 Euros taken from my bank account by JUSTANSWER*LAWYER0080080. I immediately contacted Just Answer, explaining that the Lawyer had only answered one question inadequately and that I understood that I was only due to pay the 1 trial payment NOT another 59 Euros.
On the 05/08.2021 yet another 59 Euros have been deducted from my account JUSTANSWER*lawyer 0080080. This is disgraceful, I didn't subscribe to Just Answers and indeed will never touch them ever again!

I have been charged $70 and I haven't agreed to extra charge. Please let me know what you can do.

I do not understand the extra charge as I have stopped using this site, I was charged $70 last week and would like it credited back to my account please.

Could someone please get in touch with me as I do not know what to do nor do I know how to avoid further charges.

I agreed to a $5 trial to get my question answered. You said I would be notified when the trial ended so I could cancel before I incurred further charges. I just got a $46 charge on my card. When I attempted to resolve this online you kept sending me to pages that want more money. I don't see any way to cancel this. Am I going to have to go through the process of disputing this and having another card issued to get you out of my pocket?

The above amount is being deducted from my credit card for not rendering any service. I contacted you to fix my laptop as could not use the USB transferring data. It was tested but the amount quoted was above my means. I cancelled it. No work was ever done except the initial testing. As I hardly use my credit card I only found during March 2021 R599 was monthly deducted. The bank cancelled my Credit card.
Could you please refund me the 5 Months deducted amount plus the accumulated interest @ R9, 00 per month.

Dear Sir. On checking with my credit card statement I found that I had an unauthorized credit card charges for the amount of RM196 based on a transaction date of July 29, 2021 under Visa credit card no [protected] issued under the name of Mr Ooi Chee Thim. This is very unprofessional. It is appreciated if you can refund the same amount as this is considered unauthorized debit as no agreement was agreed.

This charge is labeled " HOME_REPAIR_JA 800-200-1371CA" on my credit card statement and it is dated August 1st. I belive it is from your organisation (Home repair). Please remove that non authorized charge.

When I hung up the so called' vêt' kept sending me advice.
This month I was charged again $42
I've never called you back

And I am reporting you
Nowhere did I ever say I would pay more than $5 nor did I consent to paying monthly
You have again charged my credit card this month.

I signed up for service in april, cancelled in april, they attempted to bill me in may and june, it was declined obviously, in july it went thru for 46 dollars. they refuse to refund money. im filing suit in in state court. i believe a class action lawsuit is needed to make them change their policy.

JustAnswer said it would be $1 for 30-days and I asked one question and they billed me $60. I called customer service and the rep was very flippant and said that it was clearly stated that a question would accelerate the membership statement. It wasn't clearly stated to me and as a college graduate it would seem there was at the best case small print at the worst outright fraud. The rep also disconnected my call before I could leave a review even though I opted in to do so. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY.

I've never wanted this, I canceled the membership and they said that I will no longer be charged the next month, the problem is I've never use this service and I want my 46$ refund back, I've contacted, chat, email and nobody in the customer services had contacted me back and its been 15 minutes since ive waited in the chat, please I beg you I'm just a teenager and the money was my savings, please refund the money back, please please please

I want my money back i did not authorize you all to take a payment out!
