The riders are very lazy my parcel cancelled for three times now i'm losing my patience i've been waiting for this parcel because I need it for an event.
parcel terminated after failing to delaying the delivery for 4 weeks
The parcel wasn't delivered after 3 weeks and apparently the parcel is at the drop point waitinf for recipient to pick up. I, sender, never asked for the parcel to be dropped at drop point. I called the customer service and the lady said she will arrange for a delivery within 4 days, but a week later, I checked the site again and it says that 'Closed By Exception - Shipment cancelled, will terminate as problematic parcel.' a day after my call to the helpline. This is so ridiculous! I never encountered this problem from my prior experience with J&T. So I called the customer service again and the lady asked me to go to their official site and write about this issue on Claim Support. I am extremely disappointed and enraged that J&T is so irresponsible and reckless with parcels and service. I only wish for my parcel to be delivered safely.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel to be delivered to the sender as soon as possible. If this is not possible, then I request for refund and return of item. I would also like an apology.

J&T rider is irresponsible. J&T took such a long time n literally kept my package at their warehouse. Now, the rider apparently has my parcel. Instead of delivering it, he kept in his truck for days. Now, the status of my Shopee has been changed to delivered but i still havent got my package. The proof they updated was a picture of my parcel in a truck! Please do something about this issue.

That motherfucking rider is too lazy and rude i am talking because i wasn't at home and she drop the call while i was talking because she doesn't want to go to our real address she always wanted to wait to the place that she can rest, and she never deliver the parcel on our house she always asking us to go where she is waiting and when the person is not at home she never find where the receiver is! Please do something about here rudeness and laziness again i didn't receive my parcel because of here laziness

Too late delivery
J&T KLANG 603 is the most worst compared to all other companies..
My parcel already 7days stuck at J&T klang 603!
This is not the first time happened to me, already few time before also the same situation. Previous few orders also same stuck more then 1week in J&T klang 603.
TOP MANAGEMENT of J&T need look into this case very serious. Im very2 disappointed with the service by J&T klang 603!
PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE.

Parcel steals/lost and is irresponsible!!!
24MAY2022 : Parcel Arrived at LDC KEMPAS 614 JOHOR BAHRU
27MAY2022 : Parcel hold for investigations
28MAY2022 : I’m Going to the branch to collect on self but admin told me parcel is lost and don’t know how can lost, ask me to contact seller (SHIEN) for refund money, and I did and I make a report to J&T also.
02JUNE2022 : J&T acknowledge my complaints.
08JUNE2022 : Suddenly put to system items delivered but I didn’t receive anything. Then how to seller refund our money, actually J&T must put items lost!
10JUNE2022 : Going back to J&T KEMPAS 614 ask about it. Ask how to settle and I want J&T responsibility about this issue. I ask who in charge there but all quiet then ask me to go back first and they will call back tomorrow and ask management about this.
11JUNE2022 : wait they all call until I fade up, endup I call on myself but the answer is still finding...!
Desired outcome: To Top management of J&T and J&T KEMPAS 614 please do something before i made a Polis & Kpdnkk report !!!

Dangerous driver
I would like to lodge a complaint against your reckless/ road bully driver. On Sunday night my husband me was driving back to our home via north south highway. Our car was having radiator issues and driving slow with double signal. The driver who was driving VDS 760 at the back was honking us from the back and I started to video it. Hope your drivers are ethical enough on the road by respecting the other drivers. Unsure if you are recruiting trained drivers. Hope to here from you before I post it in social media. Thanks

I am complaining a j&t rider named John David Trinidad. I received a text message from shopee about my parcel to be delivered today (June 5,2022) But as time goes by I have not received any call, text and my parcel from him. I tried to text him to ask if what time he will deliver my parcel but he did’nt reply. I checked my shopee account about the status of my parcel but the status said that the buyer is unreachable. I file this complaint because this is not the first time this has happened but this is a second time already.

I am writing to bring to your notice my grievance regarding the delivery of Magic Glow Blanket, which was ordered on June 03, 2022 Upon the delivery, I discovered that the product was damaged I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service number but no response. This is not expected from J&T express and your poor customer service, and as a customer, I feel terrible because of this response. The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods I receive must be of satisfactory quality, and for the reasons stated above, they are not. I have attached pictures for your convenience as well. Therefore I require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the Magic glow blanket which is not a blanket but a solid plastic piece to be collected or that you wish me to return this and reimburse me for the cost of returning the blanket.
