J&T Express

I made an order via Shopee on 12/5/2022, the seller has already arranged for J&T to pick it up, and everything was going smoothly until last week on 18/5/2022. The rider has counterfeited my signature and posted one photo of his motorcycle to claim/proof that I have already received the parcel (WHICH I AM NOT). FYI, my parcel tracking no.: [protected]. I have NOT received my parcel nor any calls from the rider on 18/5/2022. I have made various reports to Shopee as well as J&T on 18/5/2022. J&T customer service asked me to wait for a re-schedule delivery and call back if I had not received the parcel in 2 days.

So I had been waiting for more than two days; I made another call to J&T on 23/5/2022 and explained the current situation. However, the customer service wasn't helping and directed me to either the seller or making claims from their J&T website. I am very frustrated that they could have checked through their system of the drop-off points that handle the parcel or even made calls to the branches to look for the rider to settle this issue, but they do nothing.

I have no choice but to inform the seller. What J&T (Penang Drop-off) replied was "humiliating" and unprofessional where you realize the report I had made to the J&T customer service was not even solved/assisted. Both parties were not communicating to solve my issue either. Furthermore, J&T (Penang Drop-off) even said they were unsure whether they could file a report as the status shown delivered on 18/5/2022.

I called J&T the 3rd time on 24/5/2022 (today), and they gave me an excuse that the system would not keep track of a "PART-TIME" rider's contact. How could this be? This is ridiculous, and it's not an excuse for them to push away the responsibilities they should have! They should monitor all the riders well, including PART TIMERS / FREELANCER! In addition, it is very disrespectful and rude to hang up their customer's call halfway!

I understand that investigations require days to do so, and you might have thousands of cases to handle, but don't you think it is ridiculous that you need so many days where you can solve this problem in just 1-2 days? We are not in the iced age; we are in the modern era. We have mobile phones and data anytime and everywhere. Everything is linked, and these can be retrieved from the system/server with just one click!

In conclusion, can I assume that J&T customer service was not even there to solve my problems? Is it just plainly decorations to all consumers? Which did they put this to fulfill specific requirements for running the business without actually solving consumers' complaints and inquiries? This is the "service" you provided to your consumers where we paid for that?

Seller sent the package on 18 May 2022, the package is on hold from 19 May up til today, 24 May 2022. No movement. Tried contacting customer services but to no avail. Tried their chat, no one seems to entertain. Tried their FB messenger, no one entertained, call their customer service, no one seems to pick up. Even tried posting comments in their FB page but of no help as well.

This is not the first time this courier service is delaying in delivering the packages. It's frustrating.

My parcel damaged/broken & 1 missing item (soap & shampoo product).

This is not the first time, or I can say, not the second or third time but many times my items were not delivered on time or on the due date. They sometimes delivered beyond the due date, or never been delivered. It was very disappointing as I need to refund (it's luck if I can, but it's bad luck if I couldn't) and the one and only problem is the J&T department at CDC Samarahan 305. Please take immediate action... Costumers' parcels are not trivial thing to be ignored. We spent money for it. Some people spent thousands for buying the item. All couriers must be responsible.

Tracking no [protected] - KCG-SWK305. In the website state that the parcel already delivered but i haven't receive it yet. I attach the pic of proof delivery, no details for me to track it. Please update me asap since my son need to use all items urgently.

I’m not satisfied with j&t staff in tumpat. I have given my phone for them to see the name and address of the recipient so that there is no mistake like before. But what happened? J&t staff only take the same name and address as before and the spelling of the name is wrong and just take old address. What is the point of me paying j&t for rm31.80 if the recipient has to walk a long way because of j&t's taking the old address. While I have given a new address! Hope j&t please I hope this kind of thing doesn't happen again. So pity of the recipient because the item is a big item. The recipient’s place not like j&t call asking where are you and anything else. He is in the dormitory so the goods will be placed at guard then the recipient will pick up at guard. If the address is wrong so what happen? Here I enclose the proof of the address written on my phone and I already give my phone to jnt staff and also proof the address jnt written on the goods. I wanted to ceollect my parcel at jnt cdc 303 because they just take picture and leave never call me to get my parcel then they said not just your parcel we have to search for we got a lot of work too. its their job why talk [censored] like that im completely undertand if they short of staff but they had more than 20 people just sitting and laughing. they just lie said its already send to sender you had to talk this with the seller how I supposed to talk with the seller if tracking on shopee show that its still in that warehouse. they use jnt tracking (not update location) its in shah alam gateaway (18 may 16.00). yeah I know that too but I already show my phone shopee tracker its at jnt CDC 303 (18 may 21:53) (newest location) staff is very³ lazy and rude when talking like they big boss or what.

I had sent a parcel 5.15 kg to Negeri 9 on 25/4. Until today 20/5 the status of my parcel was only until 26/4, no more tracking after the date. I had called their hotline and made a report. But no action taken, still the same. Tried to call penang cs again until today no pick up. Same goes to N9 CS. Once can get thru to N9 CS they push me to call Penang CS. They asked me to make a claim support but it is not easy, act I want them to check where is my parcel and send it. Thats all. Really frustrated with their service.. Day by day getting worst than before. Even many complaints they received I didnt see improvemwnt at all. NO more JNT after this

Hello, of you cannot deliver on time remove the word express in your company! Cannot deliver because of bad weather? What excuse is that! Are you using motorcycle? And then rearrange for the deliver took almost a day!

Hello why is your service so lousy? From Selangor to Sarawak takes up to 8 days to reach me. I wish i have an option to not choose you, but Shopee won’t let me. Can you speed up your delivery by not having too many pitstops? I bukan stay kat pedalaman okay. Other service elok 3-4 days dah sampai parcel.

Although items are received in good manner, but your lead time is forever. And your customer services all around worse! None of your team can give proper answer cz you only let bots to answer online inquiry while local staff sounds like she is not interested in working. Overall lousy 😭

Boleh tak hantar parcel saya cepat sikit. Sebab minggu depan rabu parcel tu saya nak bawa balik sarawak. Itu amanah orang. Dah 3 hari tunggu tak sampai sampai lagi. Parcel dah elok ada dekat cdc setapak 303 kenapa nak hantar dekat ecp v movers 4516 pulak. Sebelum nie order barang elok je dekat cdc setapak 303 terus hantar hari yang sama @ esok hari. Dah lah barang tu urgent. Kalau tak boleh hantar barang banyak boleh bagitau customer. Saya ambik sendiri. Tolong percepatkan delivery.

Been calling customer service J&T Malaysia for thousands times but none was attended. Parcel has been on hold for a week plus and there is no update from the tracking details given. This is very disappointing and complaints has been sent out ample of time but no action or improvement have been taken into consideration.

Hi admin.. I am a receiver. Unfortunately the despatch that I contacted did not send my parcel as scheduled.. I later found out that the status given is because of bad weather but what exactly happened is that the false promise that the despatch had given to me to exactly deliver the item in time.

+[protected] is the despatch phone number and I have proof of conversation in my WhatsApp. Very disappointed to say the least.. I have waited until 10.50 pm but to no avail. JNT should find a more reliable and honest person to do the delivery and not just picking people with no credibility just to get fast buck. You will easily lose customers trust. Parcel pending/ On Hold since 28/04/2022, already 20days brother❗️❗️❗️😨 Want to cry about this, never experiance suck kind of bad delivery.❗️❗️❗️

Late Delivery:

J&T has very bad delivery delays especially during holidays.

Parcels can be "on hold" for up to 4-10 days and only deliver much later.

Calling J&T is difficult. Too many automated messages - takes long time to reach agent. Most of the time call drops.

Online Chat never refers to agent. You are stuck talking to a useless bot.

My parcel no: [protected]‍ was on HOLD at Drop Point LDC CYBERJAYA 615 since 27 April 2022. Until now, still on HOLD and I'm waiting almost 3 weeks. Please response as soon as possible. Thanks.
