delivery rider's attitude
May order ako sa shopee at itong rider nyo na may hawak ng parcel ko ( i think matagal ng rider) gusto nya na i-pick up ko ung parcel ko kung nasaan sya. Mabini st ng block5 to happyland, papupuntahin nya ako ng gabi. Ang order ko sa shopee ay door to door delivery, not meet up/pick up. Since, 1st time ko sya naencounter, nakipagmeet up yung asawa ko sa kanya within the area na malapit lapit, kaya nareceive ko yung order ko sa shopee. That's the 1st time na naencounter ko siya kasi ibang jnt rider ang may hawak sa area ko which is hindi na ako tinatawgaan kasi alam na nya ung bahay ko at nagiiwan ako ng payment ko if wala ako sa bahay. 2nd time na naencounter ko itong rider na to today, July 12. Nasa happyland na naman siya kahit na nakapagdeliver na ito kahapon sa akin. Hindi nya hinahanap yung mismong lugar ng buyer, gusto nyo buyer ang papunta sa lugar nya and then dahil nasa work ako, kahit na may tao naman sa house namin, dahil nga hindi sya nag effort pumunta sa bahay para magdeliver ng parcel, I was tag as buyer unrechable and now, my order was RTS because of the twice attempt kuno ng rider nyo. So disappointing tong rider na to, dapat hindi nyo hinahayaan yung ganitong ugali ng rider.
Desired outcome: I want you to deliver my parcel by the regular rider assigned in my area
Parcel hasn't delivered more than 1 week
First of all, j&t kuching please fire your unresponsible worker! Or do not take lazy/unresponsible/no integrity worker. I have my own coffee shop and I need my ingredients asap. It's been more than 1 week and still hasnt change my parcel status or do the delivery. The staff at cdc 301 kuching is also rude and look unsatisfied when I gave them the tracking no. They look for my item for 5 mins and approach me back saying maybe the driver had brought my item for delivery. Then I whatsapp the driver. The driver said he didnt have my item and still at the warehouse. Plus he said the staff is lazy and never want to sort the parcel. Now I what do I need to do? J&t pls be more responsible and train your staff!
Always On Hold to Deliver My Parcels
My 2 parcels have been stuck at J&T for 5 days to deliver to me...The status always on hold (Bad weather), and then on hold (Bad weather) again and then repeat again and again...I don't see any bad weather to be honest...bad bad service...

Rude delivery staff
Today, my item delivered but the delivery staff named Zaki works at J&T Banting very rude. About 12:00 pm he Whatsapp me to ask for location,colour of house and type of car in front of my house. Okay I give him, except the location because I'm working not at home then at 12:49 pm he sent a picture and ask if it's my house, I checked and it's not my house I said politely that's not my house. Then he asked which one, I explained to him near the homestay. Then he said why not said so early, I give the wrong information the 1st house also white house at lot 250 (mocking tone with fake emoji smile). Gooood my house is at lot 251... He made a mistake then blaming me?
Before this never encounter this kind of delivery man. They very polite & not rude like this one. If you want to work then work for real lah... Why you must being rude for no reason...

Documents were sent via tracking No. [protected] on 28/6/2022. Full charges (RM7.40) had been paid.
this item has not reached the receiver yet up to date-12/7/2022.
We have been walking up and down to the branch where we drop off the documents, they are saying they are unable to trace.
We called Tampoi - no one picked up the call.
We call customer service - no proper answer received. We will look into the matter. already opened report.
How can we get back the documents and refund?
We need an explanation for the delay and compensation for the hassle.
We need to ensure it doesnt repeat again. This is not the first time.
Expecting some reasonable reply from your side.

Incedent happen last June 9, 2022.
I ordered the item worth 1089.00 in Facebook. When I received the item it was found that it is fake instead of adidas, the item they sent to me is Converse! and worst! it is FAKE!

Moving forward to the courier service (J&T customer service) I already report this thru email but, I dont satisfied their service because they will only say that the seller has no response and when I requested the information of this seller they cant give the full details they only say that the details filled up by seller to their information was named Sneaker? Kalokohan! kung magpapadala ng parcel sa courier service ok lang na SNEAKER yung ilagay na pangalan sa information sheet? Thats why I thought that they did not cooperated seriously to the complainant. Very low response and actions to there complainant regarding the serious incedent happened!

My parcel has arrived here in Sungai Petani for quite some time now and still instead of delivering my parcel to me they are moving it from sorting center after center after center and never to me. When I went over to one of the sorting centers nearby they didn't give me the specifics of where my parcel is, hence I'm unable to do a self l collection. Such a horrible experience with this kind of service. I can't find where my parcel is being held no matter how hard I try.
Desired outcome: Please give accurate details, address and contact so I can just go collection my parcel at the site myself.

My order returned to seller after nearly 2 weeks in transit
CDC ARA DAMANSARA 621 worst jnt. I went to jnt to pick up my order twice...but jnt staff too lazy to find my parcel. That day i came at 5.30 pm but they are closed already? The staffs chatting at the table...they said will send my parcel the next day becoz they closed already. So i waiting for them to deliver my parcel but nothing till nite. A few days later i went to they warehouse again. Asking my parcel. The guy try to find my parcel but cannot found. He say tomorrow we will deliver to your house. Again nobody send my parcel. A few days later they sent it back to seller...the reason is incompete address. What? After more than 100 times i've bought from shopee with the same address...incomplete address? What is this?
Complaining about customer service that contacting their customers
Indian girl who calls their customer on her personal line at [protected] and treats them badly. I simply phone the number I received earlier this morning from someone who called and asked for my address. After I called and asked her to verify my tracking number, the female was disrespectful to me and seemed angry. I'm hoping the J&T corporation can find a solution so that this issue won't spread to other people. Thank you
Shipment cancelled, will terminate as problematic parcel
My parcel already arrived a week ago. But the courier never send my parcel. But my other parcel that arrived at the same day just different minutes has been delivered safely to my house. But I don't understand why courier take such a long time to deliver the parcel back to me. This concern me so bad because this situation never happened to me. This is the first time J&T Express Samarahan did this to me. Supposedly the parcel has arrive and delivered safely to me before 29/06/2022. But still no reaction from J&T Express Samarahan. If the courier cannot deliver it to my house, please call my number as stated at the parcel. I will definitely go self collection. You guys better not lost my parcel i bought it using money, not simply bulu. I'm sorry but I'm so pissed.

The lazy driver never try to call or text me
I'm getting annoyed with the J&T riders for being too sluggish to deliver my package. I haven't seen my package since the 19th of June, reference number [protected].
We don't have a signal at home, so I'm trying to call and text them ahead of time. However, the rider claims he is not the delivery boy and tells me that I'm calling the wrong person!
Desired outcome: I hope the rider can deliver it to the right address as soon as possible!!!! Because it is already paid!!!!

from 14th june until 21st june my parcel was at j&t shah alam gateway and suddenly i got refund because my parcel was missing. please find the parcel. this is not the first time happened to me. i need your responsibility to find my parcel. i don’t want refund but i do want the parcel. how can the parcel is missing while under your responsibility? irresponsible.

The rudeness of delivery personnel
I have a parcel# [protected]. The delivery person sent to the incorrect address even though have stated it is under lot 39-2. Parcel been sent to lot 61. Corrected and informed the delivery personnel via whatsapp that the parcel being wrongly sent, the reply is not apologize but rudely raise her voice, creating story that is not true by insulting our company's personnel despite I am the one whom go over to lot 61 to collect my parcel by my own!
This is the criteria been selected by J&T. Today I would like to enjoy my shopping but not expecting being treated ruthless by your delivery people.

The sender dropoff my parcel on 10/6/2022 morning at Shah Alam Seksyen 7 J&T branch. Up untill 11/6/2022, 8.51 pm, it is on hold at PDP Wakaf Bharu 206. But on 17/6/2022, it says that my parcel (tracking number: [protected]) shipment has been cancelled, and the parcel will terminate as problematic parcel. The status is 'Closed by Expection', and have not updated until now 19/6/2022, 9.25pm.
Desired outcome: Please send the parcel back to the sender.
The riders
The riders are very lazy my parcel cancelled for three times now i'm losing my patience i've been waiting for this parcel because I need it for an event.
parcel terminated after failing to delaying the delivery for 4 weeks
The parcel wasn't delivered after 3 weeks and apparently the parcel is at the drop point waitinf for recipient to pick up. I, sender, never asked for the parcel to be dropped at drop point. I called the customer service and the lady said she will arrange for a delivery within 4 days, but a week later, I checked the site again and it says that 'Closed By Exception - Shipment cancelled, will terminate as problematic parcel.' a day after my call to the helpline. This is so ridiculous! I never encountered this problem from my prior experience with J&T. So I called the customer service again and the lady asked me to go to their official site and write about this issue on Claim Support. I am extremely disappointed and enraged that J&T is so irresponsible and reckless with parcels and service. I only wish for my parcel to be delivered safely.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel to be delivered to the sender as soon as possible. If this is not possible, then I request for refund and return of item. I would also like an apology.

J&T rider is irresponsible. J&T took such a long time n literally kept my package at their warehouse. Now, the rider apparently has my parcel. Instead of delivering it, he kept in his truck for days. Now, the status of my Shopee has been changed to delivered but i still havent got my package. The proof they updated was a picture of my parcel in a truck! Please do something about this issue.
