Rude delivery service and uncoordinated delivery
The rider did not provide an update on the app or by messaging whether the item is out for delivery on that day. Instead, he called only twice on the same time (which is in the afternoon) he was outside the home and starts complaining that the item can't be received that time because I was outside. He then proceed to say that he shouldn't have come to deliver because I couldn't recieve it on that time, which he arrived and called unexpectedly. Unlike other riders who message in the morning when the item it going to be delivered that day.
Desired outcome: Better updates about the items location and a more understanding rider.

Scam abetted by JT Express Customer service
I recd a package today thru J T Express. Since there is no way to determine the content of the package without first accepting and signing for it, I had no choice but to to pay the Pesos 975 COD charge first. On opening it, I found a pair of sneakers. I looked to verify who the sender was and instead of a Name and/or address, it listed a string of letters which were NHMAH. The package contained a pair of shoes which I had not ordered. But I had been looking at Shoppee and Lazada for shoes a few days ago. It was clear that someone had monitored my activity, sent me a cheap pair of shoes and scammed me. ISince the package was sent COD, it was clear that he / she would be going to J T Express to get the money I had paid. I immediately called J T Express and spoke to a Customer Rep / Complaints. The Rep said that he had noted my complain and someone would call ne in a few days. I told him that I had checked the Scammers Name (NHMAH) on facebook and other websites and that found that many people had been scammed by the same sender in the same way. The pattern was that the scammer monitored Shoppee Customers Orders and sent them cheap / incorrect items COD. The ONLY way to catch the scammer seemed to be to have JT Express withold the payment on the basis of a complaint. So, I called JT Express. I spoke to a Customer Service Agent. His Name is JAMAR. His ID is 6007. I explained the situation to Jamar and requested him to immediately connect me to the Binondo Manila Branch where the scammer would likely appear to pick up the money. Jamar refused to do that. I asked him to connect me to his supervisor so I could request them to make the conact with the originating brand and stop the payment. Jamar Refused to connect me to his upervisor and said they would call me back at their convenience in a few days. The usual excuse 'My supervisor is in a Meeting' was employed. I asked him to explain the urgency to the supervisor. He refused. This is a complain against JT Express in general and JAMAR. Because of JT Express's acceptance of packages from improper names and addresses and gheir staff's unwillingness to act upon a complain and use the same, tired, patently false excuse of 'They are in a meeting'. I , and many others will continue to be scammed. I hold JT Express responsible for abetting scammers and reserve the right to refer this matter for legal action.

I was scammed the same way. This was invasion of data privacy.
J&T Express seemed to be washing their hands. When I arrived in the J&T Branch, the supervisor incharge showed me more items possibly used for scamming and yet he said that they just had to deliver them since that is their duty..
My colleague had been scammed the same way as well. We have to level up the complain and hope that the national government will hear us out.
Service Attitude
Very rude and doing work lazily! I am at home, but the worker straight put my parcel into wisepost without calling first. When ask why never call first, the worker yelled at me fiercely like a gangster. There were 2 guys, the shorter one wearing blue shirt has better attitude, the other one wearing a red shirt is the gangster that yelled at me.

Not professional call service J&T on Saturday 10.9.2022 (3.20pm) in KL
Greetings, the lady at the phone just ended my call because I just want to know where is the parcel or status of the parcel.
After she send me address to collect parcel, she say can collect at this time. So, I go the address she give me that morning. When I reached, the person say the place is shopee express site. So I call on the spot and clearly say the numbers and want to know where and status of the parcel. Suddenly she end the call. So, it won't be line network problem because I call 2 times, when I open my mouth say 'Hi, just now I call to' suddenly end call. So not professional at all. Now I don't know the parcel where and status of the parcels. At least, I can know if out delivery should be okay. Instead, She just end the call. Both if us Malaysian, why won't help people who pay you also. Period time maybe. Below picture is shopee express site not J&T. That's all. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Please make rating score after call then can fired the lazy unprofessional service call. Not good if human behaviour.
I'm complaining about my parcel not delivery to receiver more than 3 week.

Parcel dalam keadaan teruk
Salam sejahtera, saya ingin membuat aduan berkenaan parcel yang baru diterima pada 07/9/2022 kerana parcel yang saya terima dalam keadaan tidak baik. Parcel / kotak setiba atau baru diterima (baru sampai) dalam keadaan separuh dibuka iaitu bahagian tepi kotak telah dibuka malah gam plastik yang ditampal juga dibuka dan ditampal semula dalam keadaan tidak kemas. Packaging bahagian luar dan dalam turut dibuka (item dalam). Keadaan parcel setiba adalah seperti dalam gambar dan video yang saya lampirkan.
Desired outcome: Harap pihak tuan/puan mengambil tindakan terhadap staff/runner yang bersikap tidak telus dalam membuat kerja.

Rider refused to deliver parcel
This rider from batu maung cdc with phone number [protected] refuse to deliver my parcel. The reason he gave was the parcel is to heavy. I asked him to leave it at mail room as he used to do before. But he refused. He updated in the system that I was the one who asking next time delivery while I didnt requested it.
He also blackmailed me to return it back to shoppe.
When I pickup the parcel at batu maung cdc, my husband able to lift up those thing t car and from car to our 37 level apartment.
I paid almost rm30 for delivery service but I am the one who pickup at j&t
Previously he sent 2 items with same tracking, I asked if I can returned it but he requested me to not returned it because he will get penalty rm200.

This is Peter Delarmente, i'm a call center agent. My only problem with you guys is that, why is it your delivery man need to contact me first before delivering my parcel and if they can't contact me they will tag it as "Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Buyer Is Unreachable." it's a BIG [censored]!, if you guys know the job of a call center agent "we cannot use our mobile device during work, definitely you guys cannot contact me" I already experience 2 of my Purchased to Shopee that was returned to sender. PLEASE tell your delivery man to PLEASE deliver the parcel to your customer address even though you can't contact them PLEASE.
As you can see in my screen shot you delivery man contacted me around 5:03pm.

Using my personal data and forwarding it to a third-party retail company
On August 27, 2022, about 8:30 in the morning, an agent from BUYERS Deals PH said she's gained access to my information from JnT PH. She's got my complete address, my full name and contact number. I am surprised how she managed to get my information. She said it was from JnT Express. She pitched on me some products which I didn't like. I never thought she would process an order for me.
How could you forward my personal data to them? I would like to ask an explanation and compensation for the damage it has incurred on my part. Your rider has delivered the product in Cash on Delivery basis. My mother paid for it thinking I ordered the product. But I didn't. Please deal with this seriously as I will personally take this to DTI and Privacy commission for unauthorized distribution of my personal data and unauthorized sale.

I have an item that is missing when using your service. My earphone is not cheap and cost me like RM200 but the only thing that is sent to me is just a plushie (as I have 2 thing that is sent to me). The day before I received my parcel, it was put on hold so I got a little suspicious about it. Please just don’t take others belongings whether it is just a small stuff or not

1st offense, nag order ako sa tiktok tapus itong number nato ang courier ko +[protected], natawagan nya ako ng nasa work po ako so hindi ako nakasagot, complete address at name yung details ko, ki-nancel order nya sana man lang nag tanong2 man lang sya sa kalapit bahay dung. 2nd offense nag order ako sa shoppe at nagkataon nya sya na naman ang courier ko at ulit nasa work ako pru nung tumawag siya nasagot ko, sabi ko tanong mk nalang nasan ang amin kase nasa work ako at nagkataon nasa harap na talaga sya pru eh kinancel na naman niya, kinabukasan nag 2nd attempt sa shopee locator ko, nag 2nd attept sya ng deliver pru unreachable daw ko eh hindi na naman sya tumawag ulit.

Apa maksud statement on hold parcel is under investigation? Kenapa barang saya tidak dihantar tetapi di perap di gudang? Saya call staff gudang [protected] banyak kali tetapi tiada jawapan. Saya nak tahu status barang saya dan saya mahu barang saya di hantar bukan diperap lama dalam gudang tanpa apa² penjelasan. Pada yang bekerja, kerjalah dgn ikhlas. The delivary staff is very rude
Next time kalau nak hantar barang beri salam. Bukan call sahaja lepastu bila tak angkat call terus assume takde di rumah. Dan lain kali jangan call whatsaap sebab bukan customer selalu on data internet. Lain kali call line biasa sahaja baru professional.
Lepastu staff yang hantar barang ni cakap "lain kali rumah pasang loceng". Such a rude person. Macam tu service dia?
Kalau customer tak angkat call whatsaap please call line biasa pulak sebab orang tak on line Internet dan bukan call sekali sahaja.

Im complaining about jnt kapit sarawak do a job
Im very disappointed with jnt kapit sarawak because they return my parcel without I know about it. That time im having a problem with my whatsapp due to that I can't read the message about my parcel already return. Besides that they claimed that them already called me but unfortunately I don't receive any call from jnt kapit sarawak. One more thing, why jnt kapit sarawak don't do a delivery. They do have a commission if they do a delivery. Im so disappointed with this issues.

Very poor service
Since July the system shows that the recipient cannot be reached. But why contact the sender to inform the recipient that the recipient cannot be reached。Ask the recipient to contact the sender to inquire about the arrival of the package, and the sender will contact your customer service center. The customer service center told the package that the package is still in the warehouse waiting to be returned。So is the service so bad?Packages are missing
